Some affiliates think that since we can work from home and it is fun to do, SFI is a hobby, but is it?

Prove to that SFI is a serious business with serious earnings potential … and not just a hobby.

If our main reason why we build our SFI business is to earn a second income, then we are viewing SFI as a business because we have a profit motive. Now the next question is …

Is SFI a serious business with serious earnings potential?

It may help our affiliates to see SFI as a serious business, if we can provide them valuable information such as:

• The amount of time we put into the business

If we spend enough consistent time and energy on sales, accomplishing To-Do list actions, earning VersaPoints, upgrading rank, marketing, advertising, sponsoring, teaching how and what to duplicate, follow ups and follow through, team building, leadership, effective communication, e-commerce, etc., SFI business can give us multiple leveraged and residual income.

• The percentage of our total income that comes from SFI

Let our affiliates know where our SFI revenues come from such as: 1) Signing Bonus, 2) Direct Commissions, 3) TripleClicks Executive Pool, 4) Fast-Track bonus, 5) 10% Royalty Fees, 6) DD Signing Bonus, 7) Milestone Shares, 8) Profits from owned ECA store, 9) PB wins, 10) Games and Contests wins, etc.

• The reason for any losses

If we failed to log in daily and claim our FREE Daily Action VP, we lost all missed FREE Daily AVP forever.

If we are not at least an EA, we lost the chance to partake from the TC Executive Pool Bonus, the gem of SFI’s Compensation Plan. We also lost the chance to earn TCredits, 2 CSAs, Royalty Fees, use of SFI power tools, etc. We also cannot be invited to become a Designated Diamond to earn $200 DD Signing badge and a DD badge. We also lose the chance to receive our milestone shares and many more.

If we are not a Fast-Track member, we lost the 10% of our total VP Fast-Track Bonus added to your total VP every month plus other benefits given to Fast-Trackers.

If we are not a Team Leader, we lost the chance to earn Matching VP to increase our TC Executive Pool bonus and 2nd CSAs shares. The lesser our Team Leader rank, the lesser are our power to increase our income and access to power tools designed for serious Team Leaders.

With the new additions and changes that is happening in SFI, let our team members know the changes and improvements we have made to work our business differently in 2016.

I think that the most obvious answer is making money. It is very important for affiliates to know about how to make money in a business like SFI . So you just have to be honest by telling them that if they start a business and treat it like a part time hobby or something to do when they are bored and need to kill time then they are not going to make any money at all.

The best tool for this is The rules of Success, I can assume that you have been reading and following the rules. The next step is to be creative and write newsletters of each individual rule especially the first two because this one especially explains how important it is to treat SFI like a business and the need to do something everyday to build and grow a business so please emphasize on the first two rules. You can also create slide show presentations etc...

Nothing speaks louder to people than the stories of millionaires and famous people throughout history who all have one thing in common , they treated their career and business very seriously by committing themselves to work and not simply killing time when they have nothing else to do. So I suggest giving them real life success stories as a way to make them understand how hard and seriously committed they had to be in order to be successful.

Facebook: How many of your affiliates are on Facebook? I am sure that they all have accounts there and of course they must really enjoy themselves when they connect and share right? So tell me what would happen to Facebook if the founder Mark Zuckerberg treated this multi million dollar business as a hobby? Facebook is also a serious business with money making potential but in order to make money out of this you also have to treat it like a business so that is why the founder and CEO is so successful and making billions of dollars so I think this is also a very powerful example of how true it is when following the rules of success.

Be the perfect example: You must be a team leader if you can be the Diamond or Platinum then all the better because in order to achieve this guess what you have to do? Yep Treat SFI like a business. When writing emails you must show them all the work you did to get all the achievements you have. When your affiliates log in they see your badges so this is also something that can help them understand how serious SFI is as a business. I also recommend that you share your wisdom in the forum, Ask SC and your leadership page, not only will they receive knowledge but they will also see how much time and effort you are investing and also your achievements will allow them to see the earning potential.

With the initial contact. inform your new PSA/CSA that although the entrance to SFI is free, it does not mean that there are no expenses involved, followed by a short explanation.

By mentioning the need for a standing order, although it is not compulsory, the setting up of SO is the first sign that this business is not a hobby but a real and serious business.

As an independent business owner, there are certain responsibilities that one has to understand- the investment of time, commitment, and money are important for building a foundation of a profitable and successful SFI business

There are only 2 very important things they need to understand clearly: to build a team and to promote TC products, the rest are helpful tools in making it work.

They need to read, review, and understand thoroughly the SFI BASICS, especially the Ultra-Simple 3-Step plan, and fully comprehend the LAUNCHPAD. The SFI Rules of Success will explain more in short easy paragraphs what building an SFI business with serious potential is all about.

With the new DD program, it becomes more imperative for the new PSAs to learn how it ties up with the THE PLAN.

With this knowledge, the new PSA will soon realize the seriousness of the earning potential of SFI business that one cannot get from a hobby.

In the business world it is not really about the business but it is about you. You have to have the
Ability to market it.

SFI is strong and profitable and reliable company already and everyone know that, new or old,
but the business doesn’t sell by itself. It need a sales force, to the point as in individual.

People are not buying the product but buying me, if I am honest and trust worthy they come to
Purchase from me or to join me.

One of my friend was telling the story about his good friend , that said “ I sold him a Lemonade
When I was 10 years old “ Then 30 years later the same person came to buy insurance from him.

It wasn’t the insurance but it was, his trust in him that made him to come and buy from him.
Look also the late Steve Job, how he was selling himself, he has for sure good product but
Multitudes were with him than the products because they trusted him, believed in him, He was
Great at it ,people waited Anxiously for next product. He went in to their mind that
Way.
The more you talk about it the more they are going to get it. If you have the
Passion for it they will follow. When you have success, that tell all the story.

Show them , your success, show them your achievement , don’t talk about

The best thing would be if the affiliates treats it as a serious hobby!

Since SFI is a home-based business with no boss to report to, only people who will treat it seriously and regularly become successful. A hobby is something that a person enjoys doing and if you enjoy working with SFI, you will be more interested in spending time with it. Taking it as a serious hobby will help them to succeed and have fun at the same time.
