I would say yes because sometimes people want to give information to their downline but give informations that the downline already know , so the person will take it as a losing of time and lack of communication between you both.

To avoid this is to keep communication with every people in your downline open.

Or you can also start your genealogy mail by saying " For those who didn't know " "To answer some people that mal me about this.... " or "Did you

Helping an affiliate is great but when is too much it becomes a problem.. is either he becomes lazy or depending too much on you for his business to survive and when you are not there to help or out of town then there is problem. And you could be held responsible for his/her fall.

I believe in the saying " Teach me how to Fish than Give me fish". if he knows this it will guide he to succeed in business.

The bottom line is help when necessary, when they need advise

I know my answer is too late to be in the competition for best answer, but I think it will be helpful.

There are two types of affiliates, there if you count people who do nothing.

1. I want my own business, Affiliates

And

2. "Me too" business affiliates.

Number one you cannot help too much. He/she is looking for every way, every idea, every and anything to advance HIS business. He/ she is a leader, owner, learner, doer and thinker.

Hi Emma,

This is a great question. Personally, my answer would be YES, some leaders really go beyond "HELPING". But, measuring "too much" help would definitely depend on each affiliate's limits. Although, some would argue that the success of your down lines is also your success. For me, SFI has almost if not all the necessary tools and training any affiliate needs to run his SFI business, just need time to read. A leader should serve as a guide or mentor to new team

I am finding that there are a yes and a no to this question. I have reviewed quite a number of the post on this and have followed all the suggestion some work and some no response.

Indicates that our SFI Affiliates do not understand or they are not interested.

The best is to wait till they have their questions then respond.

Suggestions I find our helpful they follow some. When one day they complete all the the tab.

The next day they leave two or three

It is told of a small boy who saw a butterfly in the form of a cocoon struggling, forcing and trying to emerge out of its casing. He watched the whole metamorphosis as it struggled to come out. Out of pity for it, the little boy took a blade, slit the casing in order to free the butterfly to enable it to come out and fly.
After a while, he noticed that the freed butterfly was still lying at the same spot, unable to move. He wondered why.
His father explained this to him: The process that

There is definitely nothing like helping your affiliates too much because most times affiliates are too overwhelmed by the bulky write ups on SFI pages and these makes them to be discouraged and confused but with your constant help and encouragement as their sponsor or co-sponsor, things will become easier and understandable to them thereby giving them the zeal to want to make things work out for the best as a team.
So there is absolutely nothing like helping your affiliates too much because

When I read your question, I am reminded of the saying: "Feed a man a fish and he can eat for a day. Teach a man how to fish and he will never go hungry." I think that there is a point where we are doing too much for our affiliates which creates a lazy team member. Of course, the question is where to draw the line so we can make sure we do not cross it. I would say that as long as you require some work on the part of the affiliate, you will be fine. In other words, meet them halfway

WOW, I can't believe some of those answers here... Of course there is such a thing like helping your affiliates TOO much. You want to be supportive but you do not want to do all the work for them, you do not want to keep on assigning them your new PSAs, keep on paying for their advertising coop shares, promoting their ref link, etc. You surely do not want to build a business for them, you better build it for yourself and support those people who like to learn from you, but not who wait to be

Hi Emma,
Your question really do interest me. I'm not sure if my answer will help you but in my opinion, there's nothing wrong in helping your affiliates too much. You will success only if all those in your team success so a teamwork is needed here as a team in a team whether you help them too much or vice versa is not an issue if you want to see success and be success. Help them as much as you can afford to help especially to those who really do need your help to succeed. You might not know
