Your question really do interest me. I'm not sure if my answer will help you but in my opinion, there's nothing wrong in helping your affiliates too much. You will success only if all those in your team success so a teamwork is needed here as a team in a team whether you help them too much or vice versa is not an issue if you want to see success and be success. Help them as much as you can afford to help especially to those who really do need your help to succeed. You might not know know your help may inspire those inactive turn to be active.

I totally agreed to all the words been said from all those our experience SFI members. Its definitely true that its hard to convince somebody or anybody since everybody has their own individual thinking and point of view as what best and good for their ownself.
For those that goes for fast rich scheme, no sharing, no extra work and no cash involved... well.. SFI is not their choice or place for them. Not blaming them either due to all those scams and promises from other sites without they read deeply the contents in that promises and may be the difficult situation they are in.
If only they realise the 'Fact and Reality' is "Nothing is for Free" and "Money don't comes easy" without any effort in. Lack of self confidence, patience, faith brings them nowhere. Above all don't get yourself discourage with all this. As written in SFI-ROS (Rules Of Success -index 19) written by our SFI president Mr Gery Carson....
"Some Will, Some Won't" So what? Someone's Waiting! Next!
Memorize this and say it to yourself when rejections happens and Remember that you are one step closer to the next "YES".
Be persistent, ignore the rejections and you'll get more than enough "YES's" to build a successful business.

In whatever business or matters you are dealing with, for sure you do have to to invest whether its concern moneyor time. SFI is like a training centre or should i say a platform contains full of tips, training, games, sales and so on. You don even have to invest money if you don't want to. But fact and truth is there's no success business will boom blooming if no money, time, patience, dreams and extra work invested. Even Fast Rich Overnight scheme do need you to invest especially money. The best place and the best ways to get answers about SFI is in SFI Affiliate Centre itself. There's a few tabs provided such as reference, marketing tools, power tools, income, leadership and so on for you to choose and view. Not forgetting the Sitemap too, Thats where I usually will search for what I'm looking for.
Other options is...
a) Ask SC.. is where you can read more answers from many different thoughts and views. Its very good in a way coz you can choose and select which really suits the answer to your qusetion that you are searching for.
b) Forum - place and column for you to ask question, share your thought and opinions, discussing your doubts.
c) Your sponsor, co-sponsors and upline too is who where you can enquiry if you are the shy type and not sure how to put in words like me.

Should or shouldn't you participate is up to you to decide. There's no must nor compulsory in SFI. Its more convenience i would say. You can explain and brief them clearly and more open too. Whatever ways that can promote sales and bring more members in... its definitely best to give it a try. My opinion is to let them decide to slow down or to qualify themselves fast as Team Leaders as long they have read and understood what SFI is about. If you have briefed them whats they have to do and so on after they become a team leader then you have done a good job on your part. The rest is up to them. If they want to see success then i think they should follow the basic steps by step patiencely. Truth is the answer to fast or slow is to complete the task given in the List To Do Daily.
