I think sometimes there is. SFI is job with no boss, so if you help too much, they could be angry and think it is too hard for them. On the other hand if you dont help them at all, they could think you just dont care enough for them. There should be a balanse, you have to hear where is the line bettween pushing them to hard or helping them too much and not talking to them at all. I think that affiliates opet at the start, if they asko you questions, if they are trying to get help for them there

In my case it is not, I helped one my PSA it was really hard for her to understand at the beginning, and did not understand how to work on, and I was glad that I could help her and explain to her everything I learned, and warn that does not make mistakes that I have done.
In this way I got a hard-working and persistent PSA
So help as much as you can and should be in our power, because how much we give that much we get!

"Is there such a thing as helping your affiliates Too much?"

Yes. Definitely we have to support our team members to grow our business. It's all depends on duplication. Isn't it? For us our up-line members give support and for our down-line we need to give support.

In our lives, in each and every aspect we need support, motivation, guidance or so on so forth. With out this no one can get success in their lives. It's all depends on the relationships

Yes, if you answer the task that supposed to be done by your downlines. Doing this will make him/her lazy which is not good for the business. This business needs personal handling. We cannot delegate tasks to others.

All we need to do is to guide them, how to get started. And also, answer their questions in case there something unclear to them. Always motivate them.

I wish you Good Luck.

I do not think that you could ever help a fellow team member or affiliate too much. However, you have to be able to maintain professionalism and a fine line between friendship/business. Obviously it is causing you undo hardship, mental, emotional, or stress it is too much. If you are in a sitiation with a certain affiliate that causes a financial burden then that is obviously too much. Being a team mean support and leadership. Motivation and guidance are very important to a teams success. Sometimes

YES!

There needs to be a balance in effort. If your CSA/PSA's are not motivated to log in and participate daily on their TO-DO list and make efforts to grow their business; then I think after a certain amount of time and effort generated by you, you should let them know of your intention to lessen support and then let em go. Otherwise, you will be losing time you could have spent nurturing the others that REALLY do need your help.

No, Emma. There is no such a thing as helping your affiliates too much. If they need your support, you should give them a shoulder. Don't worry that you will disturb them. They register here to build their business with SFI just like you, so don't worry. Keep doing what you do just now, be active and you will reach the starts!
In case that you believe that you disturb some of your affiliates too much, then it's better to clarify this with them instead of worry for nothing. Good luck, Emma!

Hi Emma, the question of helping your PSA/CSA too much, just ponder on this word HELPING,as a member of SFI,as an affiliate,as a team leader we are in this to help people to duplicate what we do,by showing, supporting, motivating, helping,to assist them whenever they need or ask for such help,by sending support and encouraging team mail weekly through our genealogy page,so my dear, its never too much, see it as a plus,if your team ask you for help, this will show an eager interest from them to learn,we are

As I look back there are some PSA's and CSA's that I wish I had offered some help but I was afraid of being a crutch. My upline offered no incentives and that is what I chose to follow. Thank goodness we had an upline with vision that set up contests that paid well and I got to see how it felt to win a contest. Now I set up incentives for reaching EA and EA2. This eliminates having to make decisions as to who to help. If I see someone struggling, then I try to come up with something that they can

Affiliates who join SFI could be young or old of different vintages. When a CSA or PSA is assigned to a Sponsor or Co Sponsor, he or she does not know how far their chit chats, emails ,Team mails , e-cards, welcome letters etc:- will be acceptable to the relevant affiliate. So the Sponsor or Co Sponsor will try their very best to encourage and lift up the spirits of the affiliate. However his or her efforts could be negated if the receiver at the other end feels that they are not interested in
