If your team confirm their e-mail address then contact them directly there but you should not forget to use the PSA's messenger minimum twice per month.
Also if some of them are living in the same country as you and they provide you their phone in their SFI account, this is also good way to keep in touch and motivate them.
Don't forget to make competitions often and give them reward for participation, then they will initiate more often communication with you.

No, Emma. There is no such a thing as helping your affiliates too much. If they need your support, you should give them a shoulder. Don't worry that you will disturb them. They register here to build their business with SFI just like you, so don't worry. Keep doing what you do just now, be active and you will reach the starts!

I believe every person who starts business with SFI ask him/herself the same in the beginning.
First, to start something new is not easy. The fear is the first emotion when you begin.
My advice is NEVER give up! This is the key action in your life, career, love and of course business.

If you would like to ensure yourself that your PSAs and CSAs got their messages you could provoke them by the following ways:

1. Suggest them support.
2. Request if they have questions.
3. Ask them questions based on their performance.
4. Explain them what type of competition do you plan to create for them and ask them for feedback.
5. Explain them what type of rewards you plan to give them based on competition planned for specific period. Ask them again for feedback if they prefer next time another type of reward.
6. Sometimes ask them personal questions. For example for their country and weather, but not questions which are too personal. In this case they will feel that you really pay them attention and you care about them.

My point of view is both is a must! If you want quicker success in your SFI business you should have both. Just don't forget to maintain your blog every month. You need to be focus to refresh your information there and provide for example the latest hot items available in Tripleclicks.
First of all, to start your own SFI co-op you need to invest money and time but the results most of the time are positive.
For blog you need time to start attracting people and get some internet traffic. The investment there is mainly time if you choose to create free blog.
