Absolutely not! We are all here at SFI to get ahead financially and make a better life for ourselves. Everyone comes to SFI with different life experiences regarding business and internet. They also come with different learning skills and aptitude. Identifying how your affiliate learns best if they are challenged is key to your success. This business does not allow us to get to know our affiliates well often with language, distance and culture barriers. We do not know their life challenges or scheduled

Hi Emma
Yes there is such a thing as helping affiliates too much.
SFI has a best training, to learn about the business and the best tools to run your business. If your affiliates are really doing their part, they won't need your help that much. Like me, I'm succeeding without a help of my sponsor and my co-sponsor.
Your affiliates must read and participate in the forum and Ask SC.
Your duty as a sponsor is to help them where they don't understand, encourage and to motivate them.

Dear friend,

As I always say, our affiliates or the team members are our own stream and the integral part too. Hence, it is very important to help them to achieve the best success possible through our moral and monetary help.

There is no such thing as TOO much if you can draw the line between the permissible limits and then you will be able to move forward confidently with the much needed help to your affiliates. In some cases, your affiliates may need your advice and guidance

That is a great question!

I believe there is such a thing as helping your affiliates too much. Your job as a team leader is to teach your affiliates the necessary skills to help them "fly on their own". SFI provides extremely comprehensive training that gives them the knowledge to learn what they need to know. Your job is to help them put it all together so that they can run their own business. If you are helping too much, you may be doing everything for them and not giving

Teach your PSA’s and CSA’s to fish, rather than giving them sushi to eat every day. What I mean by that is, don’t spoil them and make them lazy by doing their work for them.

Teach them the program, help them by showing them where to find the answers they seek and only give them something like TCredits, Gift Cards, etc if they deserved it by reaching a certain predetermined goal or milestone.

Work with your movers, without leaving the others on your team to far behind.

Hi Emma,

A great question. You can't do the work for them, they have to do the work for themselves. You can and must guide them , give them ideas on how to succeed with SFI and TripleClicks. Teach them what works for you and what doesn't work. Groom them to become another you or better version of you.
As far as too much help! Some affiliates may have a harder time of understanding how SFI works. This is when you come in and help them to understand. I truly believe that there is

I think that there is a point where one can become over-bearing.

We are all different. Some people like to be pushed, some like to be led, and others like to figure things out for themselves.

Be available. If your affiliate comes to you often, you know then that they like close support. If you are sending out weekly team mails and your affiliates are making progress without coming to you, respect their business.

The main thing is that they know you are there for

Yes there sure is, I believe that they should be self inspired to learn this business if they are serious about owning their own business.

We can be there for them to answer their questions and point them in the right direction but the motivation really is in their hands.

When I learned SFI, I was hungry enough to read everything available in my resource center and only months into it, did I understand

Hi Emma,
1. I would say that there is nothing like helping too much with your affiliates. As a matter of fact your role as a team leader to progress in your business you should be persistent and patient in helping all your down line PSAs and CSAs. However you have to draw a thin line between
a) Teaching the team member and doing the task for them.
b) Graciously paying their way- like paying for their SO, because if they don't have a stake in the reward it will not hold the same value

Hi Emma,
What is too much? You can decide for yourself. But I think we can help them a little at the beginning and see them do it for themselves and grow. Learn from a growing child, see how he/she grows. When a child is growing he/she needs a lot of attention however as they grow you'll notice they want to do things for themselves. This is how it is in the growing stages in any sphere. Whether it be child/mother relation, wife/husband relation, or be it business relationships the principles
