Lead by example i believe it is rule no. 4 in Rules of Success. Teach them that patience is a virtue because there are times the downlines don't log in and it can frustrate a new downline. Leave it for a few days and check back to see if anyone has logged on. If that doesn't help sponsor a competition for their downlines to see who will take up the challenge. Use your Leadership page to do so. You can also suggest to them in their next standing order to invest in Psas or Csas to increase the pool of workers. Gambling on one egg in the basket is not a good idea get more! Lastly, you can have them invite friends and family, work partners to sign up they will earn monies for each person signed up! They must then encourage them to keep going and not to quit no matter what!
