I don't know if either is better, it is really up to you how you contact you new PSAs.
If you use the Mailer, I do suggest that you use the ~FIRSTNAME~ which will put their individual name on the mailing they receive.
Personally, I contact my PSAs individually by E-Card to welcome them to my team.
Then, I follow up the next day with information on how to work their business using their email address.
This lets them know I really want to help them work their business.
It also lets me know if I have a correct email address for each new affiliate.
If they have not posted their correct email address, they probably will not be back to work on SFI.
Many people are surfing for a "Get Rich Quick" website, so they come and go.
We each are looking for PSAs that will really work at their SFI business by doing and
learning the SFI website. This is why the first month is so easy.
It lets your new PSAs learn what to do and to study the Start, SFI Basics, and the Launchpad.
We are all given the same chance, the tools, and training for free.
It's up to us if we become profitable or not.
I have found the best way to become an expert is by learning something new everyday from the "Training". You can find all your Training on the black tab or go to: https://www.sfimg.com/Training/
