Then you must always have a smile, pleasant and endearing personality, a great disposition to listening; most great sellers are great listeners. You must believe that you are going to make every pitch sell, and your confidence must echo in your voice and your demeanor. Lastly I believe that you must make your target comfortable; they must believe that you have their best interest at heart, and that what you are doing is not just offering something that they need, but also something that can build a relationship between you and the potential client/customer.
