Building a team entails a lot of activities for yourself. Your own success is subject to the success of each of the member that you bring in. You don't wanna leave this to chance by having team members speaking a different language from yours, do not at any one time compromise the importance of each of your team member by using google translator or any utility to try and bridge this gap.
