At your start you are so excited to communicate with your first and new members, you are so excited to send your first group email through genealogy mailer. After some time when you realize that you have only sign ups and no real workers like you, your excitement will slow down. After that, you will be working your routine, whale waiting for your good teammates to join in your team. Never push somebody if he/she is not interested.
