I must say that, this is one tough question. I am not sure if there is TOO MUCH. In this job, you are sponsor to your PSA's or co-sponsor to your CSA's. When they skip one or few tasks you are there to remind them on that, when new weekly actions are on, you are there to remind them. When they do something good, you award them, with few credits or wave3 membership. If they didn't do something right, you are there to explain them, so they can do it good next time. People who really want to work this job are "hungry" of knowledge so they can improve themselves, and they need that, because they want to become Team Leader, and they want to earn money.
