There is a such thing. You should think of it like helping your child with their science fair project. You can only help them so much until it becomes yours. You need to guide and mentor. If you do too much, they will become dependant on that. You have to have a balancing act between help and guidance verses building their business for them. They have to go through the process...the ups, downs, wins and losses. Going back to your children as the example. When you are teaching your kid to ride a bike, at some point you have to let go. They may fall and scrape their knees. But,it's your job to put the bandaid on it and help them get back on. The lesson learned in the fall is necessary for the longevity if their business. If they truly are dedicated to their business, that's the person you want on your team anyway. I hope this helps.
