I used to give everyone 10 T credits.If they are not very active,you lose them anyway.
Better to buy a gift certificate.Give your non-movers $2 with a expiration of 10 days.
That way you get your money back if they do not use it.
When you have an active down-line,but they need more referrals,open a couple of co-ops.
I have one called "new People" and the other is called "My Best 5".They need 1500 v.p.
to get into either of them.
I do not charge for either of them.I help my down-line by getting them referrals that are just like they went out and got them themselves.
Saves me time too.I do not have to place them.
Maybe this is too much,since it is free to everyone.Buit noone leaves when you help your movers.All levels and CSA's too.
After they are BTL with pay as BTL,then I will ask for $5.
