I would say to give even more attention to those cases. I send inspirational quotes out (you will find thousands if you just Google "Inspirational quotes"). Not just inspiring others, but YOURSELF, always does much more GOOD than bad.
Those persons might indeed experience personal problems, financial difficulties, internet connection quality low, computer problem, health problems, etc...... maybe that inspirational message YOU send, is just the one they desperately NEED to get going again my friend.
I think SFI as a company also realizes the importance of persistence because your profile only gets cleared after a whole year of inactivity....
Keep on giving and you WILL receive, it is a LAW, also, I can guarantee it :)
