I think you should make a plan, which, in my humble opinion, should have five phases.
Phase 1 - Learning while earning. The objective here is learning. First, you need to educate yourself, to be able to educate your affiliate.
Phase 2 - Building your Foundation: The objective here is massive sponsoring. All efforts invest in a building a team.
Phase3 - Working with the Workers: The objective here is coaching. Once you have made the foundation of your knowledge, transfer it to your downline. But do not waste time with those who are interested to learn and work.
Phase 4 - Exploring other streams. - The objective here is to explore the other income streams and pass it on to your workers. There are several ways to earn SFI. Explore them well and apply. If you feel that you should focus on only one, then please do so.
Phase 5 - Maintaining Growth. All you have built in previous stages, should be constantly maintained and expanded.
