In my opinion, it is a matter of free choice of each of us, depending on the assessment and ambitions, so it should be left to your co-workers to decide for themselves. If you directly ask for advice, I would then say, from personal experience, it is better to make a good team as the basis of everything, and then easily reach higher ranks.
