It is really good and makes a lot of sense to chat online with your PSAs especially when you have a responsive PSA who is interested in his/her business.
So, when you get the opportunity to chat, make the most use of it to discuss in general SFI and TripleClicks matters except when the PSA concerned, has specific things about the business to chat about.
When chatting, show that you are interested in the growth of his/her business. Definitely, there are some topics that you should not talk about especially the topics that will make you sound selfish and pushy. Personally, i wouldn't chat about setting up a Standing Order for instance. If the PSA asks about it then fine, i can talk about it and point him/her to the right direction.
There are various ways you can initiate an online chat with your PSAs like using the SFIMG. You can always include your Skype, Facebook, Yahoo messenger and other chat services in your weekly team mail and ask that you be contacted when in need of your assistance.
