Goal(s) must be realistic and achievable whether short term or long term.
SFI is designed in such a way that make learning very easy. The training materials inculcate step by step growth that helps to plan your goal(s) from the scratch.
1. You must develop a blueprint that includes not only long term but also short term goal(s) using strategies for such issues as reaching target audience(s), competition and management structure.
2. Plan your goal(s) within the limit you can control. Let your priority be how to maintain EA2 monthly once achieved the next target is Team Leader and not relegating participation in other action pack activities SFI have for affiliates in TripleClicks, pricebenders auction, Wave3, Ask SC to mention a few.
3. Make your goal(s) flexible, ever ready to adjust what is not working. Use a performer index to always check from time to time areas that needs urgent attention.
4. Build your goal(s) gradually until all goes well. This can be achieved by networking and more networking. Referrals and word of mouth are the best advertisements and before long you might be building dynamic structure that will stand test of time.
5. Develop a business plan. One thing that's certain about entrepreneurs they burn with passion for their businesses. Your SFI business can only strive on whatever plan you have in place for it. Your plan drives your goal(s), just like a map, a plan guides the way, enabling you to stay on the main road and not take any detours or ill-advised short cuts that could lead to disaster.
6. Let your plan include strategies on how to reach your goal(s). A capacity for hard work, discipline, determination and commitment to your goal. Develop team spirit and concern for others especially your downline.
