Sorry to say that I am not a fan of "Drop-Shipping."
I see it as an lazy and impersonal way of selling products.
With that said it can be a very profitable way to run your ECA. Basically you will have no overheads in your business.
I am assuming you have already picked your particular product lines and your drop-ship supplier.
First you need to order product samples for yourself, this gesture will go along way in the future, especially if you are dealing with complaints. Be sure of the product quality and that you are describing it in a favourable yet honest way.
Work out your terms with the suppliers and shippers, do your price calculations for your shipping costs to various countries.
Create your ECA store and start listing and advertising. Perhaps just list a few to start with to test the water.
If you wanted to go a step further then take a look at PLR (Private Label Rights) products. I don't just mean e-books and guides etc, I am talking about real products from kitchen utensils to mobile phone accessories. There are 1000's of items that can have your name on them and the box. The whole process can be outsourced and drop-shipped, leaving you with a healthy profit.
