If any of my 'Affiliates', ask me a question that I cannot answer with any certainty, I will immediately tell them that
(a) I appreciate their question, and regret that I do not know the answer myself but will do what I can to find out the answer.
(b) I will also tell them that the way I have to find out will be:
(1) See if my Sponsor, or Co-sponsor know the answer,
(2) Look at the FORUM, and see if the question has already been asked,
(3) Check on SFI Basics, SF ASK TAB, aswell.
n.b. This way, my Affiliate will also know in future, that there are various ways to find out information for themselves.
Lastly, there is always the method of 'submitting a ticket' to SFI management, but I think this is probably the 'last resort'...
I look forward to being asked questions from my Team, as it will show me that they are interested to learn more about SFI.
