1) Making use of the Translator is one of the best way to translate everything about SFI into their languages..
2) Get them to participate in the Forum. Point them to their regional or country Sub Forum to help them understand more about SFI amongst affiliates in their region or country..
3) Get help with your a2a friends.. or you may start searching for new a2a who speaks English and can help translate meanings in their own language..

Well,
SFI prepared us a Ladder,
A ladder that is able to give us a bird's eye view from above, on all opportunities and possibilities to start creating our Success Future with SFI.
How about to conquer our limits and blockage?

So what's next..?
Here's what I can suggest,
referring to status, ranks and our small monthly goal aiming strategy practice... (Climbing Status Rank)
1) Make reaching an EA level our first task on monthly practice and get use to achieve it.
2) Reach out further by learning how to grab a Team Leader rank, example a BTL (BronzeTeamLeader) and repeat step 1 on BTL rank.
3) Share your small success tips to all your new sign up affiliates to be apply towards a Goal of climbing status rank.
This 'Never-Give-Up' training will ease your journey upward towards STL, GTL, PTL, and finally rest on the final ultimate rank of a Diamond Team Leader DTL, with the largest income residually, for every active movers in the team.

What are good ways to use Stream to build your SFI business...and how often do you post on Stream?

Streams is a communication access for all our team downlines all levels, PSAs, CSAs, a2a's and even our ECA notification news.
Streams is a good communications platform, which I use it as an announcement board, sharing tips, reminders, notices, motivations or even acts as a 'Sponsor to Team' member's Alert's page too.
Streams does works well as a Broadcast program which I normally use once a day, dividing it amongst my PSA's and CSA's and a2a's.
Streams will normally be read by everyone as it has it's own's Tab for others to pass through daily to earn their daily action vps.
We loved the Streams very much, and all thanks should forward to SFI for helping us progress with Team's Communications.

And since we are focusing on the quick way, I'll make it shorr and simplest way to make it quick.

What is the best way to motivate members of my downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs?

This is a great question for a serious and active affiliates.
Firstly, there are a lot of differences between EA and Team Leader. Every month SFI rewards us VPs, TCs, PSAs and CSAs for achieving our ranks. The quantity differs in number as we go more higher.
Secondly, the word itself has two different meanings. As EA as we know means a special Executive Affiliate which is more to an affilite job and duty. But as for Team Leader, they lead all other affiliates, and also other Team Leaders under them. The word leader has a noble value.
Thirdly, we are in this field together and the full journey in SFI is to produce a better Entreprenuership. Aim High. Take the Oak Tree as an example. The team network grows bigger and bigger every month, duplication stretch down 12 level deep forming up ground's strong foundation. While we are busy looking down, we are also growing up, up to the sky.
Ok, thats enough for the sharing .

I really like to start everything from a good and quality Email Marketing.
In SFI, we do conduct a Card promoting, once a day.
That's Email marketing on TripleClick's giftcard.
Besides earning more versapoints, we also able to promote all other links eg: PB auction, EZ games and Wave3.
I chose to teach on Email Marketing..

* "SFI is free to start"
Normally at this age 21 to 35, financial isn't quite stable while many fees and tight budget push them to work on additional income.
* "SFI adds more learning"
At age 21 to 35, their quest to learn is very high. SFI provides easy step training to enhance more knowledge and understanding. And this knowledge will helps them get to a more higher grades, if they are still studying or if they are now working.
* "SFI keeps upgrading"
Which also means, that learning with SFI won't stop their interest and creativity. At age 21 to 35 is the best period to explore more new creativities and possibilities.

PSAs are an important subject for us as an SFI affiliates.
Buying PSAs or recruiting prospects starts as early as the day we register as SFI 'er...
Buying PSAs is an approach, out stretched further to assist all affiliates in building a large active team network.
Of course there are many ways to build a team up, and Buying PSAs is just an option which may helps some of us like the beginners who still in learning process, or the busy workers who commits to other and doesn't have much time to market SFI.
By buying PSAs, we are also generating some sales into our TripleClicks store.
But above all, we are here to recruit as many PSAs as possible, so lets start our teamgrowth..

Which TC Direct products (not ECA products) have you used and really like?

My TC Direct products ?
Well, I do like a few, which I make it an aim for my monthly goals. But here, I just like to name 3.
First would be TC125.
It has been a practice since round 1 in my first month, to score my Fast Track bonus, to easy qualified as EA2 every month, and to own some TCredits to participate in Auctions and Games.
Second TC Direct product that I put an effort to have monthly is TripleClicks Giftcard x30. I love this product cause I learn to be more creative through Email advertising.
Third is SBuilder.
Since my daily schedule is quite tight, purchasing SBuilder share does helps me to recruit new PSAs or PRMs too.
I do recommend this 3 items to my team especially those low income who juggles with few jobs on hand, just like me..
