The best ways to use WAVE X-Cards is to have more your TC members as final aim.
How to achieve this? There are many ways: give them on hand with story about TripleClicks and SFI, leave them on restaurant as a present to owner who will give them to customers,give it to garage and shops with equipment for the car, put them in mailbox if it is approved by the owner and so one ....
What should I do with PSAs who do not want to recruit affiliates or otherwise engage in duplication?

You can do the same like with others: try to have a good communications, make a connection and friendly relationship if they let you. One thing is sure: you will have no success by pressure. If they don't won't to do duplication you can not make them to do. But you can try: give them an information what business they can develop here, which opportunities offer SFI but don't waste to much time on them, don't forget your workers.
What's best for team building...doing my own advertising or buying PSAs?

I think that you can find a lot of answers on similar questions here on ASK SC. It is cheaper, that is for sure and i think it is also better to do your own advertising but on right way in right time on right place on internet. It seems to be simple, but it is not at all, it is skills, science. You will have a lot to learn but when you consider all, I think it is better to do your own advertising.

I think that the increase in earnings in the SFI can be achieved only by increasing the quality of the team, a large number of quality associates generated sales of TripleClicks. This will directly benefit the VP and thus higher rank and share the commission with the sale. From a good time there are multiple benefits.
Of course, if you are selling more and that will help increase your profits but surely you can not achieve as good results as a team.

I would share the best action that should focus on two: basic and development. Basic actions serve to accomplish the EA status without which there are no results and no future in SFI. It requires hard work and everyday collection VP.
Development actions serve to increase the worth of your team members and TC members.
For these reasons, 125 TC SO is the most popular product for us because it gives EA satus and gives Tcredits which can be used very wise to develop our team. One of the best action to focus on is advertising, because that gives us new members in SFI nad TripleClicks.

It could be very difficult, but could be worthwhile. There are so many ways to accomplish working level for some language using the translator on computer or in the books. Also, I saw a lot of older people who learned to work on computer in his older days. Selling skills is the key. If they have that skill everything is worthwhile.

You should to say to affiliate, as I said to myself, that he didn't find the right way, the right tools and places on internet to sell and make new active members. It is easy but wrong to quit, he must to search, ask and learn more to find the way to results. "Know how" looks simple but it reality it is the hardest part.

We could know if our PSA and CSA are serious about building a successful SFI business by their acts. It is the same like in common life: look how they work, don't listen what they say.
If they are Movers they are serious, if they contact you and ask for answers they learn - so they are serious, if they have 125 TC SO or SBuilder they are very serious, if they compete in games they look the chances - so they are serious and they deserve the best possible attention.

I think, no one sponsor could not do anything with some affiliate which is here only for cheap fun, that is lost battle. But, if affiliate is interested in this business your role is to help him with your knowledge and experience.

You can determine that by the results of selling, which you can find out on TripleClicks. When you search some products you can Filter Results on the left side on the screen. Sign in Ordered by Relevance: Best Selling and you will have your answer. I think, products which are the best selling until now, are products for which person might be interested worldwide.
If you have some specific target group, like people who like pets, they could be interested in some special products like: Dog food, but then you must advertise these products on special places on the internet.
