Always let them know you are available to help any way you can.

If need be, try to reassign struggling new affiliates to someone in your downline from their country. You will still benefit from their activities, and the reassignment may be just what they needed, so they can get help they can better understand.

I try to put encouraging messages in my Stream posts, and post them to all my C/PSAs at least 3 times a week, often more.

I make suggestions - good questions on askSC this week, try to rate all 30 daily; Forum always has good information available; I won Daily Grand, hooray!!; remind them to do their daily clearing...

Whatever has rung a bell in my mind that day, I try to put into the Stream as a "food for thought" item.

Absolutely!!! They are still your PSA, and you want to welcome them back to online just like they had been here all along. If you included them in your weekly team letters, they won't be totally lost, just need to refresh their memory by reading Basics and LaunchPads.

And if they have come back after a long absence, it is not unreasonable to hope they will be ready to buckle down and build themselves a business!!!

Yes, by all means, welcome them back with open arms. Send an e-card, ask after their well-being, let them know you are glad to have them back on board!! Don't overdo it, just enough to let them really feel welcomed back.

Point out to them the immediacy with which management was on top of the problem!! They not only fixed the damage that had been done, they took rapid, solid steps to make any future attempts immensely more difficult.

They had affiliates changing emails, passwords, and posted progress reports daily for several days.

When people could not log in for some time, they also covered missed logins so VP streaks would not be lost.

SFI went way above and beyond to protect their affiliates, and not let them suffer harm as much as possible.

That reassured me a great deal, reinforced my opinion that SFI really IS the best company in the world to work with!!

First, remember that these are the most/least popular answers chosen by all affiliates, they are not necessarily YOUR choice.

Most popular answers are not too difficult most of the time. Difficulty is if the particular subject is not something with which you are familiar. Then it's pure guess!:)

Teach them that while VPs are extremely important to acquire for their ranks, it is even more important to have an active team!

They can use Bid & Build through Pricebenders, bid for PSAs in auctions, or buy them through S-Builder Coop or PSAs to Go. With SO and, I believe, NMP in place, as SFI affiliates they can buy, through TripleClicks, PSAs for $1.99 USD/each.

A wise way to buy PSAs would be a Standing Order of S-Builder (they start arriving 5-6 weeks after ordering, come in about 6-8 PSAs/month) AND a plan to buy $1.99 PSAs at the rate of 1/day for a specific amount of time, depending on how much time they spend getting their new PSA started. They will each arrive 3-5 days after ordering. If that is too close together, order them every other day instead. This will give a 2-day window to get each one started, and maintenance help can be handled along the way.

There are no guarantees of activity with any purchased PSA, regardless of method. PARTLY, their success depends on how you start them. MOSTLY, the rest of the story depends on each PSA.

It should also be suggested to them to try recruiting PSAs/PRMs from their warm market - family, friends, neighbors, etc. And the other local methods using business cards, flyers, W3 decals, bulletin boards, etc.

The best way I can think of off the top of my head to motivate all these new affiliates is to make them understand that once they reach a certain rank, they begin to get matching VPs from their downlines, these will help raise their commission levels. These are currently 1 VP = 1 share of Executive Pool, so the more VPs they have - through their downlines' activities as well as their own - the more shares of the pool they will receive (more money).

Let them all know you will be available to help them any way you can, direct them to their answers rather than telling them outright, if possible. They will remember better where they found the answer as well as what it is:)

I am not familiar with alibaba.com, but as long as it is not against their rules, I do not see why you should not be able to discuss TC ECAs on that site, presenting all the awesome statistics of TripleClicks membership (all of whom could be potential customers for them), the possibilities of SFI affiliates also expanding news of a new ECA (free advertising for them).

I would suggest you investigate the site to make sure it would not be against their rules, then go for the gusto! "Nothing ventured, nothing gained" you know!

Playing Eager Zebra games at different times through their day will definitely help to relax both body and mind!! Even Knockout Trivia, where you have to think fast to answer sometimes difficult questions, helps to relax you.

Why? Because even though you may be focusing intently on the game, you have forgotten all the aggravations you have encountered up to that time. When the mind focuses on this, "that" will go to the back of the line, along with the stress/tension that came with it!!

If you spend 20 minutes at a time to play Time Machine, T-Time, Gold Streak, Card King... they all require full attention for part of that time. While you concentrate here, you cannot fully concentrate elsewhere. When you then come back to the business of SFI, your batteries are better charged, your mind is less congested, and what was baffling you earlier may very well have the perfect solution pop right into your cleared mind!!

Not to mention the fact that WINNING one of the Games is absolutely exhilarating!! Even more so if it has been a while since you have won. And yes, I do speak from personal experience:) I won one of the games recently, was as excited as the first time I won:)) It is a very good feeling!!

Create and maintain your Standing Order so you are always EA2. Include in your SO either 1 or more S-Builder Co-op units or PSAs to Go, whichever fits your budget better. Also, (if you have PSAs to go) at least 100TCpack. If you have S-Builder, get 125 TCpack.

Then, become the best Sponsor it is in your power to become. Hopefully, I think, the PSAs to Go may give you affiliates that will be more likely to go active. Cultivate them, teach them to do as you have done. Build your downline to be as good or better?:) than you are!

Along the building process, make sure you have done YOUR training, too, so you are better able to teach your downline.

Do all the free advertising you can - flyers, local papers, free advertising sites online, etc. The key is to focus on FREE. Facebook, twitter, work on getting PRMs, SFI takes care of their "training"/sponsoring for you. All you have to do is get them to TripleClicks!! This way you begin to get residual income started until you can get your downline revenues built up.

Once your new affiliates have had a couple days to begin learning, I would direct them to information about the S-Builder Coop and PSAs to Go. Both are comparatively inexpensive, both can be part of their SO.

Using these methods, as well as Spin and Build when they bid auctions, will get PSAs and PRMs coming into their team. As they get acquainted with sponsoring/mentoring their new members, they can also begin investigating marketing methods. After they are comfortable with mentoring their affiliates acquired without advertising, then they can go to the tabs on black page for training.

The Marketing and Power Tools tabs have good information, as well as Training.

There is a lot to learn, and the Internet Income courses can help them a lot, too. Don't push them before they are ready to go, but do discuss it in weekly team mails occasionally so they know where to go look to learn more.
