The fastest way to build an active team of SFI affiliates is having all our friends to join us. Old friends, School friends or New friends that you have known lately.
Friends are the best affiliates to make up a team, an active team.

Learn , Apply Test and Duplicate .
We have been learning since our fisrt month with SFI. How to earn enough versapoints and maintain above our Green Line..
The second month onward, more and more strategies being apply to suits and familiarise better ways to gain Leadership training.
Duplication happens when we share our small success goals for our new affiliates to follow. That is when affiliates who are attracted by our easy yet effective trainings.
More programs are here to be explore, win and share our success with our teams.
ECA, PRM , Musics and more Biddings...
We need positive workers to run our business engines...
And we shouldn't stop before we reach everyone's success Goals.

Everyone starts somewhere.. So do we..
We use to sit in our New Affiliates situation before, so we should also apply what we have learnt to pass through all obstacles till today.
Getting Started is the difficult part,
So do stay close with them, talk, communicate and share values especially answering their questions..
Duplication here means,
Example;
SFI already prepares the major road or the highway to a certain destination,
We on our part as a Sponsor or a Friend should share our experience going through all the streets which makes us as Team Leaders today, so be their close friend and be their tour guide who explains more in details.
This helps them build positivity and understands more about SFI. And thus will reduce their confusing state.
As per advised by SFI , whenever we get stuck in any situation, please get back to SFI Basics..

A positive mindset and interest to learn, apply and absorb new things and a Love to work and helps other interested individuals or social public.
Our team may come from different walks of life, and languages.
We need to have the love and passion to understand everybody, their way of communication and what works for them. SFI is a platform to grow Leadership, and everyone is a leader themselves.
This soft spot is where we attach to SFI trainings and success plan.
Soon, it will be recorded from their badges and our Genealogy too.
This shows their commitment work and also marked as our Movers.
It needs Persistence and Perseverence and it can all be recognise well.
A little help from their sponsor may injects more growth and strength to our team.

From how I see it, each needs different scripts if there is any..
Our new affiliates needs more on Getting Started trainings and more further understanding with SFI..
As for our Warm Market, what they need is to know or learn something that excites them to join us..
Since I didnt use phone scripts, I will however share with you my mail scripts ideas..
~New Affiliates~
I follow what I learnt from SFI and uses my Welcome Letter templates.
I normally learn a thing or two from this new affiliate, that is if they reply my first Welcome Letter.
I then uses my own words communicating with my new affiliates sharing tips, guides or even congratulations Ecard.
I conduct a follow up easily within SFI chat, Stream or Ecard and normally gets a good replys..
~Warm Market~
I keep promoting our Hot or New products to my warm markets.
I share with them our latest SFI news too..
I share with them my Blogs on various subjects too..

The best tips on a Welcome letter is a warmth welcoming them as a Team Member.
Tips on Getting Started step by step tutorial pointing to SFI Basics, Start and understanding their Homepage's Tab and To Do Lists.
Always remember that opening a wide Communications is important to both our Success.. so always include your return email, contact or a way to get communication flow smoothly..

My "Big Picture Things" is my most major part. It isn't that easy yet it isn't that hard too.
Ok, direct to the point is, SFI brings a meaning of a Strong Foundation International, if the Foundation is our large International team, therefore the process to make ourselves a Strong Foundation team doesnt happens overnight.
SFI isn't a 'Get Rich Fast' scheme, but it does, we can really get rich and the possibilities are true, everyone needs to undergo tasks and be tested in order to stand strong as heroes. These are the heroes that strengthen an organisation.
So, my Big Picture from now is still to train and motivates everyone. Never gonna give up and keep moving onward and upward.

How best to use the Affiliate Manager (the tool contained in the Affiliate Snapshot for PSAs)?

This Affiliate Manager is a place where all new affiliates, after their sign up process, needs to complete filling up their profile.
Several questions about their background, experience, budget and income expectation and their goals as well, is indeed holds a great value.
Affiliates who completes this action has more chance to success. It shows that they are ready to learn and work some effort too.
As for all sponsors, checking on our affiliates manager page will certainly provides most info on our affiliate. And that was just a profile.
Still we have the chance to go through their vp ledger to check on any missing action that they might miss out. VP ledger provides more insight on their actions.
Another important structure that I need to highlight is Sending ECards and Welcome Letter that we can easily access.
There is also checklist, where we may tick appropriately if we have done our part as a good Sponsor for them.
We can even request them to submit their Best Tips and many more readings beside their photo which includes their email, last login date, or if we prefer go straight for a direct chat if their yellow "I'm Online Now" signs shows up.
All of the above simple explanation will somehow gives us an idea of what we can do from this
