Fast Track is the foundation for the success ultimately in SFI.
Fast Track is the basic stage after Affiliate where within 10 days of joining you are required to complete the first five to-do actions like Registration, Uploading of photo, completing your profile etc..,
After successfully completing the first five actions, you will be getting 500 points.
You are required to either purchase or sell material worth of $20.
What are the incentives/ advantages of becoming a Fast Track:
1.As is already stated above, it is the preliminary step for the ladder of success in SFI.
2.The incentive points you get will be more than the points you acquire for becoming Fast Track,i.e, 500 Sale Versa points and 250 Action Versa points. This is really advantageous, as 750 points more will lead you to Executive Affiliate. It is this way: You do daily to do actions, weekly, monthly and Intermittent actions along with Launchpad 30 lessons. You are an E.A.
3.What will you get when you become an E.A? You will get:
a.10 T.Cs as gift: You can use the in games or auctions.,

An Affiliate is an Affiliate. The perception or ability to understand is not equally endowed with all people. That being the case, SFI has entrusted us with the responsibility of,teaching, coaching, guiding and leading or guiding the Juniors in hierarchy (CSAs) and we have a responsibility of building our teami.e, Duplication of our members. We have certain norms of working, or say standards of functioning.That being so we have given unto ourselves by our own choice the task of guiding the
next to us. This is for the simple reason that they are the future Leaders of SFI.

Considering all the facts and factors supra, however much we do to our juniors, whether you call by whatever name you choose, it is mandatory for us to assist the. If all the people are endowed with the same abilities or capacities, then why are the hierarchical levels, notwithstanding their age, seniority or superiority? It is simply to part with them our experiences both good and bad--good to draw a leaf from such experiences and bad to not repeat such actions, lest they should suffer the negative aspect of our experiences. In this aspect we have to learn a lot by seeing a mother bird teaching her young lings how to protect from aliens, how to fly and how to earn their food. Fortunately or unfortunately a mother bird does not think that it is assisting her young ones too much! Look at a wild animal like Tiger!! Do they ever think that they are assisting too much? Why then are we subscribing to such thinking? Whether a Bird or a Tiger in the above example observe very keenly how far are the young ones are learning, and learning from the experiences of the mother. Yes!!Slowly they are left to fend for themselves. Such should be our attitude of ours towards our Junior affiliates.
There is a line of thinking that such an assistance is spoon feesing and should be avoided, since it entails in dependency syndrome. That all depends on us the coaches not on the Junior Affiliate. One thing is for sure, unless the freshers to the SFI are trained closely, zealously guarding their interests and that of the SFI ultimately, not much good can be expected ultimately
I am sure by now the message is loud and clear that
1The Junior Affiliates need to be trained closely watching for their progress, if needed sit with them to demonstrate how to go about with various aspects of work
2 Slowly allow them to work on their own.
3Ultimately playing the role of counselor in their career.

I joined SFI when my mental position was very delicate. I was effected very much by the behaviour of Multi National On Line Business Companies. Company after Company was boasting about them at the same time castigating their rivals. They we showing me vast income and worldly comforts along with all possible guidance whenever is required for me.. What is even more, they were promising me change in income levels within a day, two days and a week. I was joining them naively believing that it is all true. By the time I join and I was seeking some assistance, either they would not come on line or would say that for continuous training, I have to pay$ 20 to $67. Even after payment, I was not seeing light at the end of the tunnel..Every time I was seeing an On Line Business, I was innocently believing in, whatever the companies were saying and the same thing was being repeated. This game has gone on for full 2 years. Being in a hapless state and looking for immediate source of income, I was believing and tolerating the On Line Business Firms. I should be believed when I say that with the delicate monetary position, I lost more than Rs.70,000 to Rs.80,000/- ( In terms of dollars any where between $1100 to $1300!).

Money perhaps I may be able to earn, but I could not withstand the deception meted out to me on line. Slowly it was doning on me why the fellow Indian Friends were joking with me whenever I was talking to them to join a certain Firm. There are instances, they were respectfully telling me, Sir! How much money did you earn so far? How many days back you have joined? Sir! please do one thing. Immediately after deposit of atleast one Dollar in you account pl. let me know sir, so that definitely I will join you. Why I am going such a length is to emphasize against what background I joined SFI. To be frank I was a bit slippery on my ground when I joined, though I was learning that all assistance will be extended and that every training will be given free of cost.

Gradually,the real picture of SFI was emerging before my eyes: I was getting all the assistance, I was seeking--though a bit late. For every penny I was paying, I was getting something in return either directly or indirectly. Training is as such available for me just for asking. For a new entrant,whether Male or Female they require constant guidance and encouragement. This was coming forth unasked for. Even for small things performed, there was a lot of appreciation and phillip. I feel as of date, SFI/Triple Clicks is giving me more than what I am paying for. The payments are also regular and you will see what you have earned on a particular day when you go to the To_Do List and Score Board. This simply reflects how transparent the whole transaction in SFI is. Not only this. A significant feature of SFI is giving so many powerful tools to you and keeping at the disposal of Affiliate to simply work with the. In other words a lot of time, effort and money are saved for the Affiliate so that he/she will be concentrating on development of business. I have seen with my own eyes, Firms on line demanding payment say for a Website, hosting charges etc., Now, I do not feel any more tensive while clicking on SFI, but with a lot of ease.

What all I am saying about SFI, equally holds good for Triple Clicks also. Well! easily one can imagine how I developed and what is my relatio ship with SFI and Triple Clicks!! This what I have explained to my prospects who ha ve joined me alrready. This what I am day in and day out telling me prospects of SFI or ECAs & this will be what I will be broaching with my future contacts.

SFI has all the honesty of purpose, forthrightness, commitment for the middle-class and Lower Middle Class, Sincerity and devotion for the average person who wants to go ahead with business but does not have the essential wherewithal.. There enters the SFI. The very fact that SFI does not charge any entrance fee speaks volumes of its nature and integrity.

In SFI, as a matter of fact, whomsoever we receive as Affiliates, we treat all of them (whether PSAs or CSAs) as super star. However, there are certain affiliates, who will make their presence felt in SFI, in general and with the Sponsor in particular. They can be easily identified with the following indicators:
01.They will complete their registration and whitelisting of mail as also filling up of SFI profile immediately.
02.Unless there are certain points acting as barriers/unawareness of certain steps, they will be Fast Track within five days.
03.They will be highly inquisitive which is reflected the way they raise certain questions with their.
sponsor. Not only tha,t they respond to mails from colleagues and Sponsors in a timely manner.
04.Everyday they will be visiting the Affiliate Center and will be completing the To-.Do items.
05.They will not only complete the SFI Basics and Launchpad Lessons quickly, but whenever there is leisure time they will be going through SFI Basics, Launchpad Lessons and Rules of Success in SFI, to understand thoroughly the philosophy of SFI, its concept, its Organization and its nature of functioning..They will partake in Training programs
06.Within a maximum of a fortnight from the date of joining, they will be going to SC Answers, and visiting FORUM, where certain significant discussions will be taking place about policies (both Fresh and policies in practice) to come to grips with the operationalization of the system.
07.They will participate in the Eager Zebra games and other games.
08.Any way on joining SFI. they will be members of Tripleclicks. They will start actually
canvassing for the products of Tripleclicks, purchasing their requirements from the Store.
09.They will participate in the Pricebenders/Penny Auctions of Tripleclicks.
10.Naturally they will be part of E365 to become 1st in the class.
11.Go to Geneology and we will find that every day they are visiting Home Center, They will be on line in all probability or just may have moved from the Affiliate Center..
12.Just a perusal of their Affiliate Profile shows that they have very high goals which are ambitious and appear to be tough considering the time they fix for themselves to achieve them.
13.Invariably their presence will be felt in Movers tab.
14.Check their V.P.Ledger to see their azility in securing V.Pts; See their T.C. Ledger to have an idea about their participation in different games and auctions and see their Daily Streak badge to see their consistency in performance.
15.Invariably--to do all the activities uninterruptedly-- they will be placing Standing Order.

The above are only some of their major fields of activity apart from being member of Wave3 etc.,
It is not a surprise if they are quick Silver or Quick Gold.
One thing we need to appreciate while estimating or assessing the performance of newly joined affiliates. We do not--for better--know what goes on in the mind of an affiliate. If there are certain people who start and work right from their date of joining, certain others are slow in the beginning and gradually pick up and maintain steadily. Yet another set of people work very fast in the beginning but they give out their steam soon and become very slow--the so called upstarts. Why I am saying all this is because, we must desist from coming to a rapid conclusion and size up an affiliate on their face value and initial demeanor in SFI.

The role of Sponsor and Co-Sponsor cannot be emphasized too much. It is that significant especially when an Affiliate is in his/her early stages of business in their tottering steps. It is the bounden duty of the Sponsor and Co-Sponsor to lead the Affiliate and guide them by holding their hand through the maze of information, through the confounding atmosphere of too many products, too many actions and too many to-do actions confusing and at the same time baffling. This is from the view point of an average Affiliate who nourishes a lot of ambition and hope while entering the business. As a result, the Affiliate gets overwhelmed and feels highly discouraged and down in his spirits. In fact it is to overcome this stage that a meaningful guidance of a coach/Senior in the form of Sponsor & Co-Sponsor is warranted. We must be realistic when I say that 90% of the drop outs soon on signing the SFI is because of this. We have to accept this fact if we are really true to ourselves and raise to the occasion. As otherwise, SFI is highly systematic in its oveer all System of arranging thing things it their increasing order of difficult nature. Also, nothing will beseen on screen for the Affiliate except the tip of the Iceberg. That is the way it is needed to be and that is the way it is. We will be seeing the observations of many a highly senior Affiliates saying SFI IS SIMPLE IN ITSELF BUT WE ARE MAKING IT COMPLICATED. How tre is the statement!. And how realistic is it!!

Coming to my own experience, because of lack of guidance and direction from the Sponsor, I lsot my FAST TRACK, I stood to miss more than 450 points for a staggering period of four and a half months.Yes it is a down-to-earth and naked truth. It is not that I have been sitting all the while. There is no 'door' that I have knocked! I contacted Sponsor Not even an acknowledgment of for my mail. Let in responding in time. When I contacted the Co-Sponsor. There was a semblance of guidance.. But I am not that type to pick facts.So, the issue stood where it is. I contacted the Support Team not once but thrice. Yes! They did guide me. But I have not succeeded in cracking the issue. I went to the Forum. There, I got a mixed response. Then I put the solution giv e by the Forum and Support Team. I could crack the gig-saw puzzle and push through. In the meanwhile a time of four and a half months is passed. Let me be frank, I am not blaming any one except my 'fate'. Now the moral that we get from this story is when an affiliate steps in to SFI, why he should be at the mercy of his/her fate?

The position of a new affiliate is just akin to an Aero-plane pilot in the mid-air. He lost contact with the Ground Control! What is his position? That is the position of new Affiliate in SFI without guidance of the Sponsor/Co-Sponsor.. The second and more relevant question is how many Affiliates do possess that patience, perseverance and doggedness to pursue things to their logical conclusion? The out come is obvious. We are frequently hearing complaints from the Affiliates that the Sponsors/Co-Sponsors are not accessible for them. Perhaps now at least you will agree with me why the turnover rate is very high in SFI of the Affiliates in spite of excellent business with a scope to earn dollars. Something needs to be done in this regard.

When an any affiliate joins the SFI, he has to fulfill certain formalities like registration, white-listing of mails of SFI, Sponsor, Co-sponsor etc,filling up of the Affiliate Proforma, Commitment message to Sponsor & others. An important stage this is because, it gives an opportunity to an . affiliate to fall in the eyes of his sponsor.While white-listing of mails, he allows his mail address to be in the knowledge of Sponsor. Co-sponsor, colleagues and even his junior affiliate members. He has no reservations to be known fully among his superiors, colleagues and subordinates/Juniors. This gives an idea to his sponsor that the affiliate is highly liberal/flexible and not reserved.When he says he wants to achieve certain magnificient objectives, he attracts the attention of sponsor, because the higher are your objectives, the more you are hard-working, committed and sincere in your efforts. This higher level of ambition is reflected in his commitment message to his sponsor where he says:"I am prepared to learn whatever you teach and I am ready to implement all that in order to achieve my Goal". The open-mindedness, frank nature and humility are all made transparent when seen by the sponsor. This is the first stage or stage of entry of the Affiliate to SFI.

In the next stage, the affiliate when commences the work, he is never satisfied with what is given in Basics, Launchpad lessons or the Starting Video. He raises so many questions and will not leave the sponsor till he gets a satisfactory answer for the questions he raised. This gives the sponsor immense satisfaction at the same time he positions himself appropriately to face the Affiliate cautiously.This is the second stage when the affiliate attracts the attention of his sponsor and notices the affiliate.

As and when the time passes on, the affiliate will be moving faster and faster and becomes a Fast track and Executive Affiliate. This is a crucial stage both for the Affiliate as it is a turning point for him and for the sponsor as he has a rough diamond in his hands. How to remove the angularities in the personality/approach of the Affiliate and turn him to a fine, shining and sophisticated diamond is within the scope of the Sponsor. As he is aware of the nature of the Affiliate, he needs to be introduced to the Library (to get full theoretical knowledge), Training Programs (where he satiates his thirst of knowledge by exposing himself to the different areas of the SFI business) and may even choose one or two areas where he may likely specialize in the days to come. The sponsor can easily perceive the performance of the Affiliate by seeing the daily visit of the Affiliate to the home-page. The Affiliate is slowly introduced to the S.C.questions and Answers which is one area where he gets answers to all the lingering doubts. He is next introduced to the FORUM where all precious stones shining brilliantly and answering various questions relating to a variety of practically oriented problems and the suggested solutions thereof. At the same time he is needed to suggested that 'all work and no play'is also not good like "All Play and no work'. He needs to be explained what are the different games available, their purpose, significance and the benefits accrued (from view point of the Affiliate) so that the Affiliate will find the SFI is a conglomerate of not only very tough & hard work with consistency, regularity & perseverance, but also great fun and frolic.
A word of caution for the Sponsors: Where the sponsors are trying to identify the Affiliate whether by his daily performance, or in the Movers list or the badges being conferred on the Affiliates, the Affiliates of super performance are all super sensitive. Hence they are needed to be handled "Glass with Care", for a single faux paus at any stage by the sponsor (what is that wrong step I do not want to go in to details at this stage as you are all well aware) will result in a loss of a real Diamond for the Sponsor as also the organization SFI.

I deliberately answered the question keeping Affiliate getting noticed and the action points to be followed by Sponsor simultaneously. The question involves his getting noticed and being guided.

Training Programs which are more than 100 in number to train the affiliates in varied fields to improve their skills and enhance their income and assist them. The infrastructure developed in a well thought-out way spending millions of dollars over the past two decades are all but a few among many.. Notwithstanding all the above...

The most important business tool that is contributed by the SFI, however is the TRIPLE CLICKS. It is the "Business Mall" in the real sense. The details in summary are dealt with in answer to a separate question on Tripleclicks. In Tripleclicks, there is a lot of money for you as business man, a lot of income-savings in Pricebenders auctions, a lot of business build-up through S-Coop, a lot of relief, relaxation and earnings at the same time through Games. I think it depends on the situation. The joining of the Prospect as PSA is in itself depends on various conditions and mainly it relies on his drive, initiative and seriousness combined with commitment. We are all aware that it is 3 to 5% of the PSAs that make it to the top. The rest of the individuals for varied reasons either get back or after observing that SFI is not get-to-riches-overnight business do not turn up a second time to commence their work. This background is essential and has a bearing on his/her future behaviour.

Now lets get to the question proper.
: Should we advise them--the new PSAs--to slow down in becoming the Team Leaders. The sponsor after observing the PSA's profile can assess whether this needs to be done. Say if it is observed that the PSA has past experience in Internet business combined with push (initiative) he can be encouraged. A word of caution is that from day one, he should concentrate on his five team members who just work like him. With this rider he can be advised to go ahead becoming a qualified Team Leader.

Another option/situation: The PSA is not able to move that fast, but he obeys the sponsor in doing what all he is directed to. In this situation, the PSA needs to be closely watched for his Leadership qualities and he is encouraged to move steadily in that direction. Again, he should be guided cautiously to simultaneously attend to daily routine items at Affiliate Center, follow the training classes and acquire at least two to three Affiliates before he attempts at becoming Team Leader.

Another Contingency: In this scenario we cannot call the PSA an Up start. But he starts his work seriously. Reaches EA position, searches for Affiliates. He gets one or two. Assuming that the road is clear he takes a leap to be come a Team Leader. Slowly the it dawns in his mind that it is not that easy to maintain or sustain his qualification. Added to this, one of his affiliates has GIVEN A SLIP. He is bound to get discouraged, desperaged and disheartened.
Inevitably it has its shadow of consequences on his further building up of his business. The above are only three situations. In between theere are so many permutations and combinations.
We all agree that human is a set of conflicts and contradictions. What flashes in his mind and when can not be imagined.

One thing is clear. The role of sponsor is vital in guiding the PSA in this subject.

First of all I check up with the prospect whether he is committed to the SFI.
Next, I will check up with him whether he is interested in investing his time, energies and a bit of money on SFI. In case the answer for the above questions is in the affirmative, then I will proceed as under:

i) He has to in the first place, work on the Affiliate Center to-do items of works, and others there . In this aspect I request him to concentrate on the first five items with in a period of ten days, and either purchase or sell, goods worth of $20. This I will insist on him to become (Fast Track) because there are immense advantagesof becoming Fast Track firstly. Secondly, it lays all desirable foundation for his advancement in SFI.

ii) Simultaneously, he will be guided to Launchpad lessons. A thorough study of these lessons will afford a birds eye view of the gamut of operations in SFI.


iii)Even while he is going through the Launchpad lessons, he will be informed to be in search of at least 3 to 5 individuals just as he is. This is the commencement of building the Network.

iv) He will be informed to visit SFI Forum which is appropriate to get latest news on SFI, discussions on contemporary topics and the different shades of opinions of Affiliates, from P.T.S. to E.As. The intention is after going through all the opinions, views, arguments and discussions, he will be able to form his own opinion on that particular subject/topic.

v) He will be suggested to participate in the different training programs of SFI, directed to go through the reports, reviews etc., to strengthen his knowledge base.

vi) While this on theoretical aspect, he will be encouraged to participate in Price-benders auctions, different games, which add fun and at the same time earn him some TCs to enable him to get involved fully in SFI and its operations. When once he is active with all the above items.,he will be asked to go in for creating his own Blog, hoist one or two ads, and at the same time will be guided to associate himself with social media. This is in order to slowly but steadily increase his team.

Notwithstanding all the above, he will be admonished not to stray away from the daily to-do items of works by visiting consistently and add to his versa points. In the initial stages, if he/she is guided in a systematically, automatically they develop a loyalty and attachment to the Organization (SFI) as by this time he will be tasting the good results of his good practices.
