How do you get affiliates to understand that SFI is a serious business with serious earnings potential...and not just a hobby?

We all have or had that very same question.
SFI already explains a lot about the program and everyone who joins did so because they want to make money online.
The best thing I've ever done to make my team realize the potential earnings is by putting together a basic chart that explains the potential monthly income and a strategy (the same strategy I use) to build such an income.
Note: The strategy explained in the presentation is extremely actionable so the new affiliate has no confusion whatsoever on what to do after reviewing my explanation.
This almost always results in an active referral.

What do I say to an affiliate who complains he's not getting as much out of SFI as he's putting into it?

I believe that if an affiliate is not benefiting from SFI then he/she is doing something wrong. Here is my idea on how to approach this:-
1. Talk with the affiliate to find out what marketing and team-building strategies he/she is using and is that the income opportunities he/she chose are the best for his/her target market.
2. Identify the potential flaws in the strategies and offer advise.
3. Follow up with the affiliate to check the results of your input and make amendments where necessary to maximize the affiliate's results.
This is just my way of dealing with this kind of issue.

I'm an EA2. What should my next objective be and how should I fulfill it?

Becoming EA2 is a great achievement. Since I just became EA2 myself I'll just share my plan with you. I'm not stopping at EA2, my next move is to get tripleclicks sales VP and build my rank up to TL. I'm living outside the US so I will be calling potential prospects to hit my sales goal. Also, I already bid and won 35 CSAs 2 PSAs with the TCredits I bought when setting up my standing order so my team building efforts are also underway. I have 3 PSAs whom I personally recomended to the program and still looking to recruit more PSAs by word of mouth.
Hope this helps. :-)

What is the best way to find places to advertise SFI?

I too had this question. I ended up having to go out and do my homework so let me share the results of my "homework".
Note: You want to make sure that you are not only just advertising SFI but you are also getting sign-ups. That is the most important part so here we go.
Advertising is a lot like fishing so you have to fish where the fish are actually taking the bait. In other words, you need to advertise ONLY where you are getting sign-ups.
SFI is a home business opportunity so you should look for places where people are actually looking to make money online from home, whether they are looking to work at home or start a business online or even if they already own a business. The bottom line is, you have to place your ads where they can target the audience specified above.

What are some ways I can engage with my team through my Stream messages?

The stream messages will reach your entire down-line if you leave it on the default options.
Use it to:-
1 Commend your team members on their efforts and achievements
2. Post reminders, tips and links to various informative SFI related content across the world wide web.
3. Share valuable information to help your team
4. Post regularly to maintain visibility as a leader
In my weekly communications to my PSAs and CSAs, what can I write to motivate them to become more active?

Great question. Here is what I tell my down-line:-
The first thing I do is commend the movers on my team for their efforts and encourage them to continue doing what they are doing then I move to telling everyone about any competitions I may be running. I always try to include at least one article from the forum or ask SC that I believe the entire team would be interested in then I close the letter with a meek reminder of the reason we all joined SFI (ie. our passion for making money on the internet working from home) and a "call-to-action".
Note: The reminder can also be used to open the letters as it renews the affiliate's interest in the program so having your "call-to-action" placed exactly after your reminder is a great way to increase affiliate activity.

What's the secret to making money in SFI?
Wayne Taylor, Aff (Jamaica)

Affiliate since: 09/06/2015, Power Rank: 99999999
Making money with SFI is not a "secret". It is open to all of us who are willing to follow the simple Rules of Success (https://www.sfimg.com/ROS/Index) and the rest of the SFI training (https://www.sfimg.com/Training/).
Always focus your efforts on the higher paying actions in SFI (ie. recruiting, duplication and sales).
One thing to note, always think outside the box. Remember, there's a million affiliates promoting the very same gateways out there so you need to stand out.
How do you "stand out"?
A great example of being unique when advertising is to offer something special. For example: I offer a 30 days success training guide to anyone who joins me in SFI and in that training I literally "give away my good fishing spots".
In other words I make my team duplicate my efforts in a way that lets them "see the success" for themselves hence creating active SFI affiliates with standing orders.

Being a wave maker myself here are a few texts I like to place in my game invites.
eg. 1
"Hey there! Dare to challenge me in this awesome game? You'll also have the chance to participate in other challenges for a chance to win over $1700 in daily prizes!"
eg. 2
"I need a real challenge! This is all too easy! Play this game for yourself and see what I'm talking about! You'll can also play in other games for a chance to win over $1700 in daily prizes!"
eg. 3
"Win real prizes in this simple challenge! Over $1700 in prizes given away every day! Real winners from all around the world every single day!"
Hope this helps!

I've received new CSAs from my country from the CSA Exchange. How can I get their attention and engage them?
Wayne Taylor, Aff (Jamaica)

Affiliate since: 09/06/2015, Power Rank: 99999999
Congratulations!
You now need to first engage them through personal email and the SFI mailers found here:
https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/CSAmailer1
Welcome them to your team and be sure to highlight the fact that you live in the same country while at the same time inviting them too contact you.
You can also attempt to contact them through social media like facebook or twitter and introduce yourself as their new Co-Sponsor!
Once you have their attention you then follow up with tips and ideas about building a successful SFI business. I would also advise you to set up private meetings with the CSA's in your country, whether online (eg. group call via skype, facebook, google hangouts, etc.), or offline (eg. in a club, at a park, etc.) and get to know each other a little more. That way the CSA will know that you care about his/ her success hence employing more effort to succeed. (This could result in a serious mover!)
Hope I helped!

How do I get my new affiliates to understand and go Fast-Track with the new Fast-Track Extensions program?

Affiliate since: 09/06/2015, Power Rank: 99999999
Great question!
Personally, I love the fast track extension program so here is how I present it to my team:
Step 1. Introduce the Fast Track program, explain all the benefits in a summary as they are outlined and invite them to look at the details.
Step 2. Monitor their progress, encourage the affiliate and constantly remind them of the benefits that are in it for them.
Step 3. (Optional) If my PSA is consistent but just did not make the sale or purchase of $20 minimum, I would issue a Gift Certificate to encourage the purchase.
This is how I got myself some Fast Track Members.
