How do you encourage your team to submit their sponsor ratings?

Be attentive to your PSAs & CSAs, however busy you may be.
Extend every possible assistance to them in their way to success. Remind them of their goal and encourage them to earn more & more.
I always include a reminder saying "Thank You! for submitting SFI and Sponsor ratings".
When a new affiliate asks: how can I make money with SFI, what is the best answer to this question?

Definitely every new member would ask this question. You have to answer it properly, otherwise you may loose the member forever.
Tell the new member to log in daily and how he can claim the free VPs. Claiming just above 1500 free VPs in the first month would be the best idea. That will give the member more time to go through the SFI site for gaining more and more knowledge, which is the key to success.
What's a good welcome letter to send to new CSAs?

You may greet them and also let them know, where they can promote their Gateways for free. Here is one - www.cworld.0fees.net
Do you need to have your own website (if so, why) or are the Gateway websites provided by SFI adequate?

It would be better to have your own website, where you can promote all your gateways together with short descriptions. Then, just promote your website to everyone you know and also submit your website to various search engines.
