I believe it is better to let your new PSAs reach their EA quickly, then I think you would help them better to succeed if you point out to them the hazards of advancing too quickly. If they advance too quickly, they will be seriously disappointed when they reach the point of not being able to maintain the rank.

Explain to them the benefits of learning about SFI as they go thru launchpad lessons, and check out the sites across the black bar. It will take time to read all that information,

Contact them the same way you would approach someone about SFI or TripleClicks.

Attempt to contact the location manager, the owner if possible. To either one, present your information in an intelligent, concise manner, with brochures to leave with them. Be thorough in your understanding of the ECA program so you can correctly answer any questions, or fend off objections. If you can get a commitment at that time, AWESOME! If not, be prepared to go back one more time in person, then follow

"Being the best SFI affiliate possible" seems to be a big bite to go for - I believe I would concentrate on learning ALL I could from the many tons of free, good, clear, explicit training/information SFI has available, from a variety of sources. Best starting points, of course, are the LaunchPad lessons (30), followed by the Alerts page with the Forum questions/comments posted (answers by Affiliates of all ranks who have already been there, done that, and have good advice and differing

When you are comfortable with your ability to blog about all the aspects of SFI, go to the Marketing Aids Center, study the ads. Examine the banners, business cards, everything visual.

Absorb what you've learned, then sit down and use your own words to explain, show, tell about all the aspects of SFI and Tripleclicks. Not all in one session, of course! Tell about a different subject within our system each time.

If you take SFI training, put your own spin on it, use your own

I do my best to ensure I respond to communications from my team and a2a friends, including mail in SFI, Stream, acknowledging wins by any of them.

I build my VP base to ensure I maintain my rank standings within SFI.

Read all the Forums, reply to those I can, like others. I play games daily; not necessarily all of them, but many. I enter T-Time often.

I also do my weekly and monthly tasks regularly, and send team mails to both PSAs and CSAs. I check Movers to see

I'm not very familiar with auto responders, but I would imagine it is working if you get responses to the auto-messages you are sending, and NOT working if you don't!:)

I'm not aware of where you set it up - email, advert? If it is possible, I would suggest using tracker codes so you know from where your responses are coming, unless it's email, of course.

I wish you success with your results, but personally, I'm not too keen on auto-pilots of any kind with SFI or TripleClicks

How can I convince new affiliates of the importance of logging in at the Affiliate Center every day?

For starters, as a way to prove themselves to their downlines, is the VersaStreak Badge. It's pretty hard to convince someone to do something you have NOT done!

Also, about 500VP/month for clearing red tabs (and a few other tasks now) every day.

Part of doing red tabs now includes the extra entry to Daily Grand by reading all the Forum posts, which contain incredible amounts of information, help tips, and support for each other when needed.

All these benefits, and

It's back to the old drawing board, m'dear!!

Go back to advertising training, refresh your memory. Then go to marketing center, wander through all the advertising materials posted there.

Go through your records of what you have been doing, see which - if any - of your methods have had how much success. Maybe a little tweaking is all you need.

Touch base with your sponsor, co-sponsor, see if they have any advice for you. Maybe further up your upline, or an a2a friend.

Which is best for me to participate in...W3 or S-Builder Co-op?

You should participate in both of them. They each have different benefits, even though both are advertising methods. One good thing about W3, there is no monthly cost.

S-Builder is only $22US/mo if you include it in your Standing Order. It will take about 4-6 weeks from order date for affiliates (both PSAs and PRMs) to begin arriving, thereafter, you will gain around 6-8 people/month. If you want more, add another Unit to your SO.

One of the lovely things about S-Builder is

It's rather difficult to say which would be the "most important" tool, as I think there are several of great value:

S-Builder Coop and PSAs to Go come immediately to mind as an easy way to recruit. Still takes work to get them active, regardless of how you acquire them.

Marketing training and aids (ads, cards, flyers, etc.), and the Internet Income Course is probably above even the SBuilder and PSAs to Go, since the course teaches you how to use the internet to gain
