Sponsor and Co-sponsor, are the 'parents' of any affiliate. They are assigned to give direction and care to affiliates; no matter ones age in SFI. I don't know if Gery- the founder, is exempted.
Seriously speaking, its very good and important to have a sponsor and Co-sponsor. They act as ones father and mother respectively in our SFI days, in this online business.

Others may have varied opinions, but to me, if my initial steps were not directed right from the start, I may not have been writing this for others to know of my existence.
If we talk about Sponsors and Co-sponsors, we don't exclude our up line members. They also care for affiliates, just like the huge extended family system; as grandparents, uncles and aunies

It's of great relief to know that such a nice family exist in SFI and everyone ever prepared o guide and guard one through the mace of the online business.

Managing a large, active downline is a huge work for any team leader. But SFI has already provided an easy escape route via the Team mailing system. A mail is sent through SFI via the Genealogy tool, all downline will receive this mail uninterrupted.

Responses from such mails can enable the leader to estimate the urgent needs of the downline and their needed support or assistance. Special needs will then be fashioned out for the needy.

Forstruggling affiliattes, of which such cases arise when some affiliates are seen to be 'not performing' creditably, help is provided on one-on-one basis, to assist them come up and out of the doldrums.

On such situations, close supervision and advice is needed to keep the struggling affiliates on their feet and run. This program can be done also by sending e-mail to such affected affiliates. Meanwhile the rest are kept busy via the team mails sent at least once a week.

When the struggling ones respond accordingly and start performing, rewards are provided in the form of TCredita or Gift cards; to encourage them move ahead. Such rewards can introduce them to Pricebender auction or any of the games at TripleClicks.

Such treatments keep the focus of the downine on their business and prop them up to invite others to join SFI or buy or play games on TripleClicks as PRMs.

Disability is not only the inability to walk, see, hear or any other challenges. Its rather ones inability to do something at any given time.
Every human has some form of disability. I jokned SFI without the leadt knowledge of internet marketing, but gradually and with the help of SFIs tutorials and support from my upline, I've been able to sail through.
A disabled, as one not externally fit, may have some advantage over me, right from the start. But another who as 'green' like myself from the start, will certainly have an equal opportunity as myself.
Should such a one has all the time to learn and perform his/her chores daily and regularly, the end results will not give any disparity in favor of the strong - in this sense

The building of a successful business, has a strong basis on consistence, persistence and ability to strive for positive results. These are the hallmarks of our supposed disabled persons. As they also have time on their side, as they save time and motion, hence move sparingly , obviously, they may be more useful at their computers than one who moves a lot. The disabled can certainly be successful at SFI.

Building of downline is a real task of building a team of workers; to assist you the sponsor to earn for all a better living standard.
In our quest to achieve our goals, we as sponsor should be care to avoid the following mistakes:-
1 WORKING FOR AFFILIATES

We should desist from working at the Homepages of our downlin. Should we work for them, they will remain illiterate. Upon promotion to the Executive affiliate position, they may not be in a better position to cater for their downline. They will not be able to progress faster. Such a situation will invariably affect you, the sponsor.

2. SOLICITATION

Avoid asking for financial assistance or do any other business with the downline, aside from the work of SFI.

3. CORRESPONDENCE

Avoid over-loading downlibe with excess mails. Already, from the start, they are overwhelmed with SFI tutorial. No long or extensive mail should be sent to them. All educative mail should be packaged in bits and readable pieces for the downle's consumption.

4. INSTRUCTIONS

At intervals downline should be asked to give opinions about tutorials. Avoid giving only instructions or teaching.

5. QUERIES& RESPONSE

All questions should be responded to quickly so as to affect the rapid development of the downline. Avoid non-response to mails or delay to such mails.

6. RESULTS

We all expect faster improvement in our business, but where this retards, we should avoid being impatient. Always care and proper mentoring should be the corner-stone of our approach. Ltet be patient with our downline.

7. CARE

We should avoid not taking good care of our downline or unattended to. This will allow others to devert their attention to other businesses.

8. PROMISES

Avoid relegating on your promises. Fulfill all promises accordingly. Such trait will enhance the prompt response to the sponsor's instructions by the downline.

The interest in the daily 'to do list' is the initial SFI attraction mode; which with ease offered the initial EA.

To motivate them out of this easy mode is the direction that the sponsor and upline will guide the new affiliates into a great performance mode.

1. The initial motivation is to keep them on track; by daily visits to homepage to continue doing what they have been doing alresdy.

2. Explain about the SFI business and the fact that it involves investments, in the form of time, planning, money and supervision like any other business.

3. As a marketing business, there is the need to acquire products and sell same out for profit. This brings in our central store, TripleClicks; where goods can be acquired and sold out to our clients for commission.

With all these, the games are introduced as a means to relax and as well win some prizes
Some badges won from all such games and allied programs are shown and explained.These, including Daily Grand, T-Time, Pick the Price, Knock out Trivia etc.

All these products whet the appetite of the new affiliares to grow up to the standards of the sponsor.

They are then motivated and given the opportunity to do better than the leader; so keep the team very motivated to do several other things, such as recruit, sell and read more for the expansion of their horizon and earning power.

The world in which SFI operates is more of a global village; whereby with the development in computers, has a great mark of spanning across the whole world.
Language has formerly been a barrier, but the introduction of interpretation options, at its clear levels enables everyone to have some impact on the business community.

Little English is a huge move on the business environment to do business with SFI.
Although, English is not the highest spoken language but its usage has been made popular by the vigor with which it is been used over the centuries.
With this in view, anyone who would like to enter into this vast market, would make every effort or use any means to access this market. Hence someone who speaks a little English and would like very much to enter this market, and with a little help from sponsors, A2A friends and the studies provided by SFI can assist in this direction.

Where the sponsor is unable to handle such a situation, such affiliates can be reassigned to a capable downline who will be able to service such an anxious affiliate.

With the limited computer/ internet experience, SFI has enough training for all.
Should such an affiliate contact the upline members and A2A friends; aside from sponsors, help will certainly come by gradually.

With the aforegoings, it is worthwhile building such an international team.

As a child is born to parents, so also are new affiliates treated.
When a new affiliate is 'born to' a Sponsor, a Co-Sponsor is introduced to assist the former to take good care of the 'new born'-affiliate.
From here VersaPoints serve as breast-milk; to nourish the child and to reward as well as motivate the young to grow up into a grown child- doing only the initial information provision.
As the new affiliate grows, SFI Basics and Launchpad are given as hard foods for building up into a standing and walking child- Executive Affiliate.

From all these actions, awards of VersaPoints are given; just to tell the young boy/girl that; 'if you work hard, you will get more'. This brings the child to weaning and going on his/her own -but under the guidance of the Sponsors, Upline of bigger brothers and sisters.Here the VP will be used to assess how fit the child is- subsequent qualifications into EA2, BTL, STL etc.

So where the child from birth takes more milk (VersaPoints), he/she grows up better, walks better and faster than one that took very little milk. More VP faster progress and faster and heavier money-earning power.

Well, I started working so hard as an affiliate, qualified as an Executive Affiliate in no time.

Then came some days after, with nothing to hang-on to. The rate at which I was gathering VersaPoints ceased and I was left on my own, to try hard. Then came an advice from my Upline friends to buy a Standing Order. I chose to work hard through the thick obstacle; as some affiliates were propounding theories of 'working to the top without a Standing Order'. I tried hard but lost my Executive Affiliate status and started putting up some flimsy excuses.

The Standing Order became a reality to me. I eventually set up IAHBE and S-Builder Co-op.
These two gave me a lot of boost and started providing me with education and 'Personally Sponsored Associates' respectively.

I have regained my Executive Affiliate status, gained EA2 and now- within some few months of setting up these Standing Orders, I am now a Bronze Team Leader- having a huge team; with very active and friendly affiliates, who are so very close that even earning is no more my happiness but the welfare of the team is my joy and happiness.

So, really, above all else, the Standing Order that I was encouraged to set up has made the greatest difference to my rapid success with SFI. The next in line, downwards, is my Upline team members and last, my ability to take seriously the advice of my able leaders.
I hope this my experience can be a torch to guide or a source of inspiration to other younger affiliates.

There are very simple secrets that sponsors should tell their downlines, especially the new, aggressive type; who want to be rich fast.

SFI is an e-commerce group; that sells to gain profits and share same to all affiliates, depending upon ones performance.

The heart of SFI is the TripleClicks store. It is from this store that all the action of generating commissions is based. So then if one avoids selling or using a little money as a bait, to earn a 'fish' how can one get a 'fish'

Your little investment coupled with anothers from all the investments from the several affiliates keep the SFI system afloat and kicking, thus able to pay regular commissions to everyone deserving such profits. The harder you work, the more you earn.

So a little one here, another there make all affiliates together 'Create and share' Without investing into our store's operations, our goods cannot be sold, while we continue to patronize other stores.A little at any time is very smart, to the eventual profit earnings of our store.

A little investment from everyone, by way of purchases or bringing others into our store to buy will earn us commission or our store ceases to make profit and we affiliates cannot earn anything from an empty bag of profits.

SFI is an organization that was set up over 15 years ago, to offer free training in international marketing to all peoples of the world- highly non-discriminatory.
It has a shop called TripleClicks; that has over 100,000 products and services, on sale. This is the center of most operations.
