I guess that is an actual normal scenario that happens everywhere. Thats when people starts to apply many other strategies, like Offer Price, Full Refund, 100% commissions and many other techniques, just to attracts their customer.

It may be the same in whatever your situation is. I'm not sure which situation you are referring to, so I list out few scenarios below.

1) Parents and their kids.
Parents of course they knew more than their kids while their kids normally goes for the sweet things, their have a great desire in them. So some parents uses force to control their kids but me I prefer to travel in their minds. Giving theories and example, share their likes and talk about it more with them if that makes them happy, looking at views from their way. This practise actually helps bonding relationships among your affiliates.
A leader is also a teacher and parents are the first teacher in our lifes. And we are also the first teacher to our affiliates.

2) SFI marketing aids.
If you are referring to a new affiliate sign up, well SFI has got a lot of marketing techniques tools that is very much reliable and still works effectively these days. I am taking advantage of all SFI marketing aids.
Its normal if hundreds or thousands of people pass by our shop daily, and not buying. Even if they step in, touch a few objects and still not buying. Well that's the fact we have to face, and also something to think of everyday and night on what possible ways to produce a sale.
Now, dont give and never giving up is your road to success. There will be one sale soon. It always has to start that way, from one will comes another one. Just like getting started is the hardest way, yes but once it gets moving, it will moves on and on even when you are sleeping, you'll have difficulties to stop or applying any breaks.

Well, this is really a difficult question.

I may not be able to answer you perfectly, but, I will try sharing from my view on SFI, as a tool.

I just can't afford to separate and evaluate each tools, in fact SFI itself is a complete tools, standalone strong by itself.

Take example: A motor vehicle consists of a body, engine, gear, fuel, battery and much much more complex tools hidden. I just can't separate one from another. They just needs each other and they also supports one another. Till the whole process becomes easy for all user or driver to forgot about its genuine built.

So, if SFI is your vehicle, to achieve a speed into a business success, we just need to know and learn our best way to manage and maintain our own vehicle, because the secret is, SFI is your business tool.

Just let them be. Their actions reflects their actives. And that is a good sign rather than sign ups getting silence after their sign ups.

If it happens, they became Team Leaders, that was a good sign too. It builds their confidence to try reach that level again and work hard to it.

As Team Leaders, we received more benefits, holds more responsibility and learns a better Entreprenuer course level.

There is quite a big difference between an Affiliate level or Executives. Benefits and compensation plan will read out their differences well.

So, don't stop them.
You are blessed to have an active team leader soon while keep growing your team.

SFI is our business.

I spend most of my time thinking and investing effort in my own business. There is just so many things to do. Its like a never ending kind of business, and I just love every minute of it.

I'm working on my own business with my own initiative and my own passion, without any order from any boss.

I can't describe the exact total hours spent actually, as I often fall asleep on my work and wake up just to re-continue what were left...

It should be few hours a day when I just started as a beginner, but as time pass more ideas and understanding the market and to produce good content pulling, it just goes on more.

And that is why it is said, SFI is a real business, residual and long term, your own home based business.

Criticism isn't the right word to be use, dear.

Say example:
A boss throwing a stone to its worker. It is pain and everyone knows it. And this worker just keep stand quiet. No.! Your critics has build a rebel heart in them. You might not notice that a stone that you throw, in their hearts they are throwing you back hundreds more of small stones.

Human likes to be treated nice. And this humans are your team downlines. We should help and support them as they are new. If they get actives, you are the one getting richer. They are going to be your worker. And since everyone here learns the same rules, try think of them as your business partner. We are going to be here for a long term businesses.

My Opinion:
Everyone that sign up here on SFI for free..
Mostly are undergoing financial difficulties, otherwise, they wont sign up on this free business course. The Rich would surely has their business set up easily.

So please be kind and supportful. Share some love and hopes for all teammates. They are going to work independantly too, so lets build trust and sincereity as all this will just bonds your friendship, and your business.

I'm not quite sure as I am still studying and experimenting on it too.

But they are still another best option to promote our SFI business and to get some interested sign ups.

We do need to expose ourselves in both programs as we are also involves in ads promotion.

Text Ads Exchange exchanges two ads between two party and your ads will travel following the other party's promotion.

Safelist is that your ads travels to another party's members list.

One thing good about both is that our promotion goes down to people who are in the same interest and in the same field. Another words is, your ads has more chance to be view and read by like minded society.

Get involve with viewing ads will at least gives you idea on which ads captures your interest while viewing other's ads. So anytime, you can just adjust your promotional ads to suits your viewer's tastes.

They are your team. Be it PSA or CSA. As a team, you should grow together as one and united.

Lets take an example;
You were a boss, your workers works hard for your company and now you are rich. You are respected everywhere you go.
But dont forget, its not you that makes yourself a success. You are nothing up there if you doesnt build a good relationship with your workers.

In this case, it is their 45% and 15% that you claim as your income. I do think, they deserves a respect from you.

Their inactivity is normal in every market. Try sitting down in the centre of a market town area, although thousand passer by, you are lucky if they stop and talk to you. From there you can start your conversation.

That goes the same as all advertising sites. You should learn your community likes or dislikes, how to attract and apply attraction.

Just an advice, we are in a marketing line, and our task is, never stop promoting. Online or offline. Learn and exercise promoting values too to your team, talk to them, share with them.

You can't see success without a team here.
If you manage to get a sign up, they will also stay in your genealogy. While talking to them, might as well you talk to all. Human likes to be respected, you too. Human likes gifts, you too. Treat them human and they will reply to you as a friend.
