I see no way to set SFI on autopilot. You need to be logging in each day and doing the actions in your to-do list to build up your points.

If you are taking part in the auctions you will need to be there to see what is going on.

You will need to be writing emails and encouraging comments for your active downline members.

You will need to be checking on how your affiliates are doing and encouraging them where necessary.

A lot of businesses are of the hands on type. SFI is one of those businesses. You need to be putting time and effort into your business to make it pay.

Not all leaders are born to lead. There are many who learn how to lead and what to do to get followers.

In SFI we preach duplication, duplication and more duplication. We become leaders by doing what we have learned from those who lead us, and then by recruiting our own teams.

There are many pre written emails available that you can use to send out to your team. You can also take these emails as a basis for new ones by rewriting them in your own words.

Just look at what your leaders are doing and copy what they are doing and relay that to your own team in your own words.

You need to treat each of the opportunities as a line of income.

I would suggest you start with the one you enjoy the most and promote that. Once you have one line of income under control then you can progress to the next.

A lot of what you do will be governed by either time or financial constraints or possibly even both time and finance. If you do not have a lot of time then you need to concentrate on one line of income initially. You will get better by far if you spend time on just one product or line of income, but for the best results you need to find enough time to promote all the lines of income.

As you become more proficient in your marketing you will be able to get a lot more done in a smaller time frame.

As you begin to make money you will need to re-invest the bulk of it in the early stages to improve your advertising prowess.

The best way to approach this is to try and find Team Leaders in the cultures and languages that you are working or have affiliates in. With regards to time zones as a team leader you sometimes have to put yourself out a bit.

As most of our work is done via email the time zones do not effect us too much, but if you want contact via telephone, Skype or IM then it will be up to you to get a time agreeable to both of you.

In the past I have been up at 3am to speak to people I needed to contact or a webinar I needed to be on.

Each of the Launchpad lessons is best. They all give different information and take you through SFI and what you need to know in logical steps.

The idea of the lessons is to give the best information possible of what SFI is and how you should be using SFI to improve your own position. This information is given to you in a very concise way. You can improve and get more information from the SFI website.

So each lesson is the best for the information it gives so my answer would have to be all 30 are the best.

As for the why. That would have to be because they all give the best information for the subject they are covering

The only way I know of elevating your ads above the others is either by paying for your ad position or just by writing a better ad than anybody else. With many sites it is first come first served so if you place an ad on a particularly busy ad site it can drop off the front page in minutes.

If your ad is good enough then it will not need to be above all the others.

I think there are many of us who are not too confident when it comes to talking to others about your business.

My suggestion is to study SFI in small parts and as you learn about things so you start tsalking to prospective customers about the things you are sure of. As you learn about SFI then your confidence will improve. Try looking at the questions that are seeking answers in SC Is there something there that you could answer? If there is then go ahead and anwswer the question.

The more you talk to people about the business the more confident you will grow. When you start building your team you need to be able to communicate with them. They may ask you questions that you don't know the answer to, but there are plenty of ways of finding the answersnd passing on the information to your affiliates.

Don't be frightened and don't be shy. Look up some answers and put your views forward. Think about what got you interested in SFI and use that information to help with your communication with others. Talk to your upline. There are lots of us who really didn't know where to start and what to do so we asked for help, just as you are doing now.

Look at the forum on a regular basis, and look at the news put out by SFI. also look at the daily tips. all these are there to help you and anybody else who takes the time to read them.

I am sure this question will get a multitude of answers as what is an important goal for one person is not necessarily so for someone else.

To some people material things are very important while others have a completely different view.

My most important goal is to attain Diamond Team Leader. The reason for this is to give me financial stability in my retirement. Cars,houses etc are not a big concern at my time of life

You should avoid writing anything that isn't the truth. There are more than enough people on the internet who are exagerating the claims of their products and organizations. Here at SFI we do not need to do that.

You should avoid being abusive and also using obscene language.

Do not let personal feelings cloud the advertisement. Only allow things that make good business sense to show in your emails.

I believe the JMT gateway is in itself creative enough. You are now showing potential new affiliates your photo and also what some of your achievements are. This is an idea which can influence others into signing up to a specific sponsor who they can see before they actually sign up.

While initially the badges may not mean much if anything at all to SFI outsiders as they see more ads they will begin to understand how to pick out the active against the less active sponsors.
