The best thing you can do for affiliates who do not want to recruit/duplicate other affiliates is continue to send them your weekly newsletters, team mails, etc.

You cannot force people in SFI to do that which they do not care to do, it's not our way! Rather, encourage them to fish for Personally Recruited Members to TripleClicks.

They can buy advertising for PRMs, post flyers, other things that will not involve face-to-face work, but they - and you - can grow a team of sorts, use their TConnect for garage sales, encourage auction bidders, game players, and sell TCredit packs to bidders and game players.

Always a way when you take the time to look for it, sometimes through alternate pathways!!:))...

In general, send team mails that will apply to all members. Reminders to do daily tasks, learn something new every day, read all Forum posts for extra DailyGrand entry, rate 30 askSC answers, etc.

For more specific support/motivation, go to Movers tab first, check VP Ledger for activities. When you see someone lacking in any area, send an e-card of tips that might be of interest to them, or tactful suggestions.

If they do not respond, leave them be. If they do, and need/want more help, go for it with gusto!!

Do NOT "demand" anything from your team, only suggest, invite, tell your actions in a similar situation. These team members are your partners in business, not your employees!!

Go ahead and create your mail in SFI, include your own email address (non-SFI) when sending to your downlines.
When you find your copy in your own email, you know your team should also be receiving them.

How to confirm beyond that? As far as I know, the only way to be 100% sure is if they respond to you. Try asking a question that will definitely require an answer, even if it is only yes or no.

If you want confirmation because they have answered your email with no incentive to do so, you may wait a long time. Inactive/unresponsive downlines are extremely common.

One other way to check whether they are being active or not would be to look up the profile of each one.

First explain that the Pool is created/maintained from a share of ALL TripleClicks sales generated by all members - SFI Affiliates of all ranks, PRMs (personally referred members), and those who trip across ads from TripleClicks itself and join, but are not PRMs to anyone specific yet.

Then explain that every VP earned by an affiliate (from their personal activities as well as those of their PSAs, CSAs, PRMs) gets a share of the revenue in Pool. (I believe the TOTAL VPs generated during the month divided into the Pool revenue = value per share.) Your commission will be based on total VPs you (and your team FOR you) have earned x share value.

If you decide to reassign affiliates, be sure they have accumulated at least 600 VPs within the last 90 days.

Also, reassign them to affiliates (no CSAs) living in the same area and speaking the same or a similar language. This will encourage both affiliates to start/continue to work their daily tasks to success. Let them both know (especially the one being reassigned) you are not abandoning them, just trying to match up areas, languages and efforts to help all of you.

Always be positive in your attitudes when reassigning affiliates, they will be more likely to respond in kind.

When you see a photo of someone, Anastasia, do you want to use a magnifying glass to pull up the face off in the distance, or would you like to have their face filling the frame, as yours does? Nice picture, by the way...

People form their first opinions of someone from that photo, so it is essential to "put your best foot (so to speak) forward" in that photo.

I think a good photo is one where the subject's face fills the frame without overwhelming it. We should remember that this IS a business presentation, so it should be a professional appearance, without being stiff and formal (does Gery look like he's in a suit and tie in his photo? No. But he DOES have a friendly, competent look to his photo, yes?)

Suggestion: while looking at your photo, (this applies to any person, not to you personally), do you see a friendly, open, competent person? You should not have to squint (or magnify) to see the person, and you should be able to recognize them in any other setting from having seen their SFI photo. Make sense? We don't have to look all stiff and formal, just like the regular, real people that we are.

They are very neat, cute, cool!! They are attention-getters because they are different, they stand out, and they are quick and easy to use.

Everyone appreciates getting congratulatory mails, prompts to do something they have missed, etc. Not everyone has the time to sit down and write a large number of emails at a time. With the Affiliate E-Cards, it takes just a little time to contact someone with a short message - "hi, heard you won 50 VP in Daily Grand!!" Done, and done. You have acknowledged someone's accomplishment, made them feel important because someone took the time to let them know that someone else also noticed what they had done. It's a good feeling on both sides, and - because of Affiliate E-Cards - so quick and simple to do.

What a great way to let someone know you are aware of them as a person as well as a member of our whole SFI team!! :)

I strongly suggest you go through TripleClicks as your dropshipper. They already have an awesome, swift, competent system in place!:) Why would you want to go elsewhere when you are already a member? It is a tool available to you, why would you choose not to use it?!

Not to mention, they also have an excellent delivery track record, and the means to locate packages in transit.

Sounds like win/win to me!:))...

First, AFTER one has spent some time at least reading the LaunchPad lessons and clicking the links therein for more info, there is the Forum. Read all the posts on Alerts page. If you know the answer to someone's problem, post it. If YOU have the problem, go to the Forum page, choose your category, post the title, ask your question. DO REMEMBER TO GO BACK LATER TO LOOK FOR YOUR ANSWERS!!

Next is AskSC. They have a search bar in which to enter your question, that will pull up many answers from within their 96000+ answer pool. Read and learn.

And let's don't forget those little black boxes across the middle of SFI pages! There are several libraries worth of information therein!!

At the top right of all SFI pages is a white search box. Enter your question, click search, read answers there, too.

Support has an extensive list of FAQs covering MANY subjects!

And your a2a friends have tons more answers, and methods they used to accomplish thus and so.

If you can't find what you need using above mentioned, contact your Sponsor, CoSponsor, or another of your upline members.
