Well, there are few ways we can improve this communication skills and thus, becomes a good supporting sponsors as well.

1) If language is your problem, then try using
1a) google translation to convert your messages from your comfortable language to English, or
1b) share your communication into our community forum where there will be more help to assist, or
1c) get a help from your team or a2a friend to help translate it for you as how you wants it to be arrange.

Everyone loves Fresh items, products or even news and activity.

To create a fresh Welcome Letter, and since this is a First Welcome Letter I presume, if not it won't be mentioned as a Welcome Letter, I suggest we have to break it into few short 'Point To' direction.

We do need to be very careful not to overwhelm our new affiliates, since they will also receive few notifications from SFI, we had to position ourself as a friend for a support.

There are too many ways actually, but I do prefer one and one communication.

One to one communication helps us understands more close on what's their interest is on. Be it offline (warm market) or online (social media), direct communication works well.

Say example,
Prospect A was a gamer, talking with their friends about their games, and as I approach them, 'say Hi' and start asking them, 'What game was that?' to show some interest with their topics, and spend few minutes

First, we need a space, indoor or outdoor, in order to deliver well the message in our content. Comfortability of our attendees plays an important role.

Then, fix a date and time, also the contact person of organiser to handle all enquiries.

Spread the words around, brochures and leaflet about your coming Seminar, explain well if we do provide any gifts or will there be any fees attached.

Keeping a record of attendees particular is beneficial to build a long term

The role of TripleClicks Executive Pool is to share amongst all affiliates that reaches 1500vp for the month, and qualified as an Executive Affiliates above.

It is a share from all sales commission that is made during the month, a profit margin between wholesale price and selling price. We call this margin CV or Commission Volume.

As per SFI Basics,
1) Collect as much Versapoints
2) Generate TripleClicks Sales
3) Duplicate Sponsoring

The best from my own opinion is the sign up url links, which we call it our 'Gateways'

I'll explain a little bit more on why they are my best.

I am juggling with my own job and sometime I am away from the Internet.
So these url links is easy to memorise, as it already stays locked in my mind, hehe...

Meeting people along my way, in the middle of some other activity doesn't stop me, instead it boosts my marketing.

Here's how it works;

This question is very easy.

Rating our Sponsor is awarded with a 10 action vp. An action which is advisable for any teamwork. And a 10vp is the second smallest vp award besides 1vp, which we can widely find in our SFI homepage.

My Tips:
Everyone here is going to be a Sponsor right from their first month or two. By being a sponsor ourself, we will soon know that daily working with our team consists of many Downlines under us active or unactive, the same goes to our Sponsor

There are indeed many ways that we can apply, to support help to our non-english team members in our region or country.

First,
Lets focus on the major role
Become a translator, translating English from an important post update like SFI News or New Release/Launch or any from SFI.
This translating action is very helpful so that all non-English speaking affiliates will receive the same information from SFI

Second,
