How can I support and motivate my team members without demanding too much or turning them off?

Well I guess as long as we do not appear to be overly demanding or imposing or appear too aggressive or forceful or talk them down and appear to be more superior or smarter but instead just be yourself and stay sincere and passionate and offer bite sized tips, advice and suggestions Along the way and treat them as equals and business partners and friends and be a positive role model and mentor and put your money where your mouth is by becoming the best leader, sponsor and once they start seeing

I'm an ECA. Will getting a TCurrency License help to increase my sales?

Well personally for me as a ECA business owner I am of the opinion that getting the TCurrency license certainly helps to increase my sales and popularity over time as we can have an additional channel to sell TCurrrency to fellow countrymen as well as from the neighbouring countries and at the same time build up more trust and credibility to our ECA business and standout amongst the rest .

My take on this on the  type of news  that ECAs  should be posting on their ECA TConnect Page And who gets to see the news posted will be as follow :have relevant updates in place to say thank n inform those who have ordered from you that they are attended to n have been shipped out n expected time of arrival if it's a physical product : special hot deals or free shipping , local pickup etec

Well I guess like the saying that goes You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink likewise as much as we cannot force or pressure PSAs who are not too keen to recruit other or duplicate via sponsoring and promoting but we can be a good role model and set and show the way and create an COOP to encourage and motivate those who are open minded and understand the power of leverage via COOPs , joint sales, adverting and marketing n promotional activities as well as encourage them to take

Well I guess this is really simple right if I have already identified my future Stars or PTLs as per the suggested plan I will definitely go all out to pursue promote and recruit and once new potential Gems or Diamonds are earmarked to work closely with then and support and mentor them and treat them as Real Business partners for Mutual benefits and success eventually as the World out there is our Oyster .

Well in my opinion there are basically no hard and fast rules on what will work better than others as it really depends on so many variables and circumstances even though below are some basic draft text ads which in my opinion will have a better chance to attract more PSaS than the rest :

Remember the KISS principle that is keep it Simple and Short and SWEET and to the Point

Don't Over SELL and Over promise and No Hype

BE Sincere and Truthful

Well my thought on what makes a safe list better than others will be as follow:

As Safe list testing is no different than testing any ad campaign. Learning which one that delivers the best results is done by using a reliable tracking software program. Some of the major safe list offer this tool whether free or paid. If not, it is wise to find one that will track dynamic links. Not tracking which safe list yields better response will only waste your time and money, especially when posting

Well I guess I would allocate my time as follow as we all know that this world is indeed fair as everyone of us has the same 24 hours at our disposal regardless of who you are right :

For starters make it a commitment n habit to at least spend 20 to 30 minutes each day if not possible what about z2 x 15 minutes slots

Login to do the daily to do list : ask SC n forum , post some ads n send some Ecards , play some games and touch base with fellow A2 n downline Slowly progressing
