First of all the truth! I also tell my prospects that it is definitely not a get rich quick scheme and they will be required to carry out a fair bit of work if they are to make a success of the business.

I tell them that although it is free to join they may want to speed the process up by investing a lot of time and some cash into their business. I also tell them there are ways of earning commission in the early days to help offset their investment.

Participating in the SFI PPA program is a matter of personal choice.

The SFI PPA program gets you a one time payment if someone signs up through your link and then earns VP.

Personally while I am still building my team I do not subscribe to the PPA program. As I am building I am getting matching VP on my EA2 or higher which is helping me to build a strong team.

As my recruiting skills are not too good I need to encourage my recruits to stay with the program so we can help each other.
If I were recruiting hundreds of affiliates on a daily basis then I would also take part in the PPA program.

I would say no to offering non-SFI related incentives.

If you are offering your CSAs and PSAs SFI related incentives then you are all going to win. Remember we are all pushing duplication and so you want to offer them something that will not only help them but will help you as well.

For example I give free entry into my co-ops as an incentive. While this helps the affiliate it helps me as well.

If my affiliates get their signups to make it to EA2 then I am going to be getting matching points as well. So while I am helping my downline I am also getting the possible benefits.

You can motivate them by pointing out the freebies they are missing out on, or the commission they could be getting.

If they are to climb the ladder of success they will need to get AVP's and commissions from wherever they can.

Use your own experiences as a guide to helping those in your downline. Some people do need a lot of encouragement.

I often get an S Builder pack with my MRP, or if I need TCredits I will use my MRP to purchase them.

You can save them up until you have enough MRP for the more expensive items such as I Phone or galaxy tab for example.

I prefer to use them by putting them where they will help my business expand. So TCredits and S Builder which both help my business in there different ways will always be my top choice..

You should of course be promoting Fast Track 2.0 in your welcome letters. Your affiliates only have 10 days to get their Fast-Track 2.0 qualifications so they need to know as soon as possible about this qualification.

I also give my affiliates further reminders about the Fast-Track 2.0 where I also include ways of getting $20.00 in sales or purchases.

Remember you are dealing with new affiliates who won't necessarily know what is required of them, so you need to give them guidance on what to do and how to do it.

With the Fast-Track 2.0 giving a 250 VP bonus when achieved, it can be very important to a new starter to have all the necessary information so as to have a good chance of getting the qualification.

There are those that will tell you that the new affiliate gets plenty of emails as it is, but none of those are going to be personalized emails.

It is up to you and the affiliates co-sponsor to put the personal side of SFI to your new affiliate. SFI prides itself on giving personal service by way of the sponsors and co-sponsors, so you need to to be the person to put that personal face to your affiliates.

Your affiliates need to know that there is someone they can go to if they have any problems. You are more likely to end up with more active affiliates if you show a personal interest in their well being and their understanding of the program they have joined.

You can use the welcome letter that is available in SFI or you can write your own. Personally I would advise writing your own letter on the lines of the SFI model.

Obviously the best games as far as you are concerned will be the ones you enjoy playing the most. T Time costs nothing and you have the opportunity of entering every hour until you have a win that day. Although you can only win a maximum of 2 credits per day it is not going to cost you anything.

Pick the price costs 1VP per entry but gives you the chance of winning TCredits. This amount varies but is always worth winning.

Time Machine is another one that costs 1VP per entry and usually lasts for 15 or more days. You can enter this on a daily basis so give a range of answers. The program won't allow you to put the same answer twice so you will not be duplicating answers.

Knockout Trivia allows you 10 entries a day, 5 of which can be free entries. If you have a good all round general knowledge this could be the one to go for.

Pick or Punt is another free game to play. The better your knowledge of American football the more chance you will have or winning this one. The last winners walked off with 1767 TCredits.

TD Tally is another game based on American football. Last weeks winners received 1522 TCredits.

Gold Streak is a game of chance as much as skill as it is asking you to guess how others had answered the questions. Again this costs 1TCredit to play.

A very good and often misunderstood question.

The most obvious answer is the members. You can liken it to your SFI downline in some ways. If you have 200 members of your downline, but only 3 are taking any action then this is not going to help you too much. Safelists rely on the members reading and then clicking on emails. The important part of this sentence is reading.

Some of the members will glance at the email headline and go straight to the link to click for their credits. There are those that are only interested in getting credits so they can send out their emails. Of course they expect their emails to be read.

So when looking at safelists as a form of advertising the number of members they have is not the only factor you need to weigh up. As the majority of safelists are free to join you can join some and send out your ads and see the response you get.

Before you write any of the safelists off, have a good look at your ad. Would you sign up or buy something from the ad. If not it is time to rewrite your ad. If you find success with an ad then you may want to take out a pro grade in that safelist.

The popularity i.e. membership of a safelist can act as a good indicator to the amount of active members they have but it is up to you to check out each and every safelist by joining and sending out ads and checking responses.

You may even consider starting your own safelist. That way your ad goes out as the header and or footer ad on ever email sent out by the list members.
