Hello. Are you going to use autobider, depends on several things. If you are repeatedly being auctioned then you use at the beginning, about 20TC, after shut down, let them spend, you can only keep a auction. When they start to give up, when it's less people at the auction, then turned back on autobider at about 20TC.

You think too much help can not hurt? Trust me, you can not. We are not all the same, someone realizes immediately, someone needs more time. If you see that they try, they want to work, and they do not know, we should help them, of course!
Send mail their PSA and CSA, means a lot. My own CO-SPONSOR much help with their e-mails. My sponsor did not provide any support, unfortunately, but because the CO-SPONSOR and UP-LINE SPONSOR much help.
Make an effort to understand, make sure they earn, because thus you will.
The most important is knowledge, because then earn estate;)

The best way is to give them their primer prove how you are determined to fight to do and earn. To show them that it can go away despite obstacles. Appeared to them on LaunchPad, SFI basics, to investigate. Just need to wake up their curiosity, after all easier. First of all, the credit card is not an indication that a team leader.
There are various ways of payment, such as checks, because in some countries, people believe more in checks than credit cards.
His PSA gotta itself to show by their example how to become a team leader. Be always full of energy, positive, always make time for answers, to help them when you need them, etc...

Good question! First of all, you should play every day games on Zeebra.
When you see what game is the best for you, than play that game, Even there is some games that gives many TC, MRP ... but if it's not good for you for any reason, you'll not get many TC and MRP.
Be sure to play T-Time every hour, for it you should only have luck, it's very interesting also as Trivia.
Personally, they're are all good and I play every of it :) Try it, you never know ;)

In my, humble, opinion, both are important, PSA and CSA. PSA helps you keep your status, because of each PSA is EA2 get 100VP, so if you've got only 5 of them working properly, you have every month provided 500vp.
CSA have a commission of 40%, you have to admit, not a bit. If you have just two or three CSA have SO, means to work and invest, and you'll each of their purchases to have a commission, as well as the PSA buying.
Even those who have ECA and working well, you get the commission :)
Take care and PSA and CSA, send them mail support, be they there to help them whenever they need help, and success is guaranteed.
