What's the best way to build a profitable SFI business using S-Builder Co-op?
Affiliate since: 03/31/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
The S-Builder Co-op is similar to most other co-ops that might be available on TripleClicks in that websites are advertised on numerous business and social sites throughout the world.
However, after testing several co-ops and PSA signup offers found on TripleClicks it seems that the signups from both the S-Builder Co-op and PSAs To Go seem to present us with a greater percentage of PSAs that follow the proper steps of the SFI Basics and VPLedger.
This is very important as it presents new people with the ins and outs of the SFI business model whereas most other co-ops available present you only with “signups” that rarely ever read any of the materials available to them.
That said, my favorite way of using the S-Builder Co-op is to purchase as many shares as I can afford and to start my own co-op, sharing the proceeds for free among my entire team of active affiliates. Some Team Leaders also use the co-op shares as rewards for attaining new levels of leadership in SFI or for the obtaining of badges for activity.
The uses to help make your business grow using the S-Builder Co-op are limited only by your own imagination.

How do you promote the new Fast-Track 2.0 program to your team without putting them off?
Affiliate since: 03/31/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
This question is a very difficult one as I cannot understand why you would feel you are putting off another affiliate - a member of your own team - by telling them about such a fantastic program such as Fast Track 2.0.
Its’ positive effect on morale as well as all the “goodies” one receives from SFI for following some very simple steps are invaluable in building a cohesive team of excited affiliates who are ready to build a growing team of their own.
Never be afraid to help people grow and feel good about themselves.

What qualities should we look for in our PSAs before sending them an invitation for the Designated Diamonds program? And where do I look?
Affiliate since: 03/31/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
First remember that one must be an executive affiliate in order to be eligible in the first place. So it is a forgone conclusion that the affiliate in question is ready to succeed as a financial investment has already been made.
The other thing to look for is the willingness to devote the time necessary to learn about and then build the business. Are the daily to-do tabs being done each and every day?
An investment in time is, for some, the ultimate sacrifice as time can often be the more valuable commodity. And you know what is often said, “If you want something done, find a busy person to do it.”
So, an investment in both time and money are the two main items to look for. The other, and last item: Is the person teachable? Are they willing to duplicate what already works, not trying to reinvent the wheel? SFI has a proven system that has been working for 18 years and is still going strong.
But remember, it's a numbers game. Such a candidate is a diamond in the rough. When you find them never let them go.

Should I put my CSAs into the new CSA Exchange? If yes...or no...explain why.
Affiliate since: 03/31/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Absolutely yes!
The CSA Exchange offers us all the opportunity to rebuild our teams with affiliates who may live closer to us and who will certainly speak our language.
As will always be the case not all will be “active” but the chance of even one or two to “wake up” is greater if they see someone speaking in their own tongue.
Personally I have placed all but a few of my CSAs into the exchange. There are a handful who have logged on in the past 30 days. I am going to keep an eye on them and if they continue to build their business there is no reason to rock the boat.
Of course you should use your own judgement but why not take advantage of this fantastic new program. It may not be perfect but if only one or two of your new CSAs respond what a potential gold mine for you.

How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?
Affiliate since: 03/31/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Number one is that VersaPoints do not appear to reset each month. They really do reset!
Why? Simple!
VersaPoints really serve only one purpose. They are a form of measurement of performance. There must be a way of measuring one's’ performance of certain sales and action within the company so when your VersaPoints reset you can re-evaluate your monthly performance anew.
The same happens at the end of six months when your VersaPoints begin to level out as they drop off and they show a level of performance for a six month period on a continuing basis.
There has to be a way of measuring our performance and this is the very best way to accomplish this goal.

How do I come up with good content for my weekly newsletters to my team?
Affiliate since: 03/31/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Super question. One which I, too, am faced with each week.
However one thing that always helps me is to keep a file of great tips and ideas that I read on the SFI site.
As I read the Tips of the Day, Ask SC questions, the Forum and even SFI News I have no problem with copying the content of these areas if I find something helpful or interesting.
No. Don’t be afraid that you will be accused of plagiarism (Wow! I would be super flattered if someone thought enough of my material to help build their team!) You are simply taking something that is useful, and has helped you, and passing it along to your team. Not everyone in your team is going to read the Forum or even the Tip of the Day. But if something strikes you as being very insightful or helpful it is almost your responsibility to pass it on.
Most times I will give credit to the affiliate who wrote the content (unless I forgot who it was) but if I don’t I always make reference to where I found the material so maybe others on your team will go there on their own in the future.
Don’t try to reinvent the wheel. SFI and it’s affiliates produce the very best content for you to help build and motivate your team.

What is the best way to help affiliates in my group who have limited access to a computer?
Affiliate since: 03/31/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
The first thing to keep in mind is that most people would not even sign up with SFI if they weren't on the internet in the first place. But if you are finding people outside of the Internet with limited access it might be the perfect time to accelerate your own knowledge of offline marketing and recruiting so that you can mentor them in these alternative systems of business growth.
However it goes without saying that it is a virtual impossibility to engage in the SFI opportunity to its’ fullest without access to the internet whether from home, your laptop at the local coffee shop, the library or your smart phone.
This is an internet based business and if someone has issues with their computer or internet access perhaps it would be the perfect time to mentor them in their computer skills and knowledge. Nothing works wonders more than taking a personal interest in a new affiliate and helping them to succeed.

How can you get your spouse involved in your SFI business?
Affiliate since: 03/31/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
What does she (or he) like to do?
In my case it was easy. My wife was steeped in the social media thing. All I had to do was point out the online social features of SFI as well as how easy it was to make some money and she was off and running.
So, once again I ask, “What does your spouse like?”
Online? Or offline?
Like to talk? “Chat”?
Get her (him) their own business cards. Or maybe their own website with a blog.
How about a gym membership or some type of social club you could join together so you can spread the news about your family business?
Perhaps they are the email person on your team or maybe they like talking on the phone.
The possibilities are endless.
But never forget. You are a team. This is not your business with her just helping out. She is a 50/50 partner or, I promise, the interest that was there at the beginning will disappear.

If you are not good at approaching people face to face, what are some tips to improve in this area?
Affiliate since: 03/31/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
I, too, have had great difficulty in speaking to people about my business. However I have found one thing that puts me on even ground with most people.
TripleClicks Gift Cards. A real ice breaker with most anyone. Everyone likes to get FREE stuff. But be sure to not just leave them with people without an explanation.
First learn all you can about the Gift Cards. Their value. How are they used? Is there any obligation (NO)? Be ready to tell people what TripleClicks is and what they can do there.
What all this is going to do is make you the expert! You have just taught yourself all about a huge part of the SFI business (TripleCkicks.com) and when you become the expert, it is, you will find, so much easier to speak with people, whether you know them or not.
Remember. Small bites. Don’t bite off more than you can chew. As you become the expert in one thing you can grow to be the expert in many things.
Simple. Like SFI. One day at a time.

S-Builder Co-op or PSAs To Go. Which is better and why?
Affiliate since: 03/31/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Each of these powerful tools have their place in our arsenal for growth.
The S-Builder Co-op is a relaxed but reliable way of building your team. My favorite thing is to set up my own co-op using several shares and dividing the proceeds up among my primary movers. I am not charging them for this. I look at it as an investment in the building of my business.
PSAs To Go are a horse of a different color. Whereas with S-Builder patience is a virtue, the PSAs To Go tend to arrive all within a couple of days and are a super boost to your team in a short amount of time. This is my favorite as I like having a new "class" once each month to work with closely when my standing order goes through.
My best suggestion. Try them both and see how they fit into the way YOU do things. That is one of the beautiful things about SFI. It is all up to you. It's your business.
