Dream big, plan your way to achieve it, be persistent, never forget your goal.
SFI has offered the potential in various ways of earnings. Plan properly and implement them step by step. Time will come, when you can achieve your goal. This is no magic. Hard work is the answer.

1. You may start with contacting sellers, from whom you purchased items and who are willing to sell on-line.
2. You may contact your friends & relatives, who are on-line sellers.
3. You may contact any sellers, selling on other sites.
Tell them about TripleClicks, leave a card with your ID. Everyone wants to increase their sells. You may also tell people about TripleClicks in your Blogs/ Websites.

Look at your up-line leaders since success is the progressive realization of a dream or goal. You can get motivated by their success stories. You can find success stories at the Stream posts, at the Growth tab and at the Forum. Another place to find success stories is the Top VP Leaderboard.
It is quite an achievement for a SFI affiliates scoring even 80000 VPs in a month. It is a success story when a new person signs up and makes EA within first 24 hrs. and make it to Team Leader positions within their first few months of joining SFI business.
All these things are success stories and when people read things like this, it helps them to get motivated and excited. You definitely feel "If they can do it, I can also too". Let “experience with results” do the speaking. Finding SFI success stories is certainly beneficial to energize our commitment to our own SFI business.

E-mail marketing is very popular these days. Just prepare an exciting to-the-point mail, telling people about the SFI Business, ways of earnings, etc. Then you can mail it to the following, without spamming;
1. Use your E-mail data-base and invite your friends & relatives.
2. You can find hundreds of opportunity seekers on the internet.
3. If you wish to spend some money, there are companies who sells e-mail addresses data-base of like-minded people.
I have affiliates come to me for help who are not part of my team--should I help them or send them away?

That’s really a good question. You never know which particular website is best for you. The best way to evaluate traffic exchanges for SFI is to register with many of them and keep track of the results for some time. Let the experience do the talking. You may continue with few of the best ones, as you never know which one will give you the desired results (active affiliates/ movers), as these results may vary from time to time.

Never stop, be persistent.
Set your goals high and work hard, to your level best to achieve them. Hard work has no alternative.
If you have failed earlier, let that not disappoint you. Failures are the steps of success. One, who learns from his failures, can easily rectify mistakes done earlier and succeed.

There is no need for you to be an expert Website-builder. They will guide you step by step, building your site.
Create some blog on different sites. That also give good results.

You must tell him that all of us felt disappointed including those making heavy commissions now, when we saw our first commission.
Building a business is not an easy task. It takes time and determination. SFI is a network marketing (multi-level) business and all such businesses take time to grow. You need to be persistent, focused & remain committed to your business. It takes some time to understand the different aspects of the business and takes some more time to build it up.
Encourage him and let him know that the commission will grow if he keeps applying the SFI rule of success. He will also need to re-read the Launchpad lessons for better understanding the business.
