Hi Bashir customer is responsible for custom duty and any charges that appear after shipping product. Every ECA shop has his shipping details and you can check for them when shopping

Whenever any transaction takes place anywhere in the world, the applicable taxes including customs are always paid by the customer. TripleClicks is no different. It's also mentioned clearly while Checking Out by TripleClicks. To avoid customs charges we can order products or services from our own respective countries. The benefits of buying from our Local ECAs are: 1) Products are shipped faster 2) No customs duty to be paid except applicable taxes Your second question is related to physical products won in PriceBenders auction. For each such auction we can utilise Drop Shipping which is mentioned on each such auction. Alternatively you can also opt for TCredits or Gift Certificate exchange. Hope that helps you.

It is indicated after Checkout that you tick on the box that you agree to pay the tax or custom duty of the product on payments before you finally place your order for proccessing.

I would think that on products that are shipped by email, or by SFI or Triple Clicks direct to you, there would be no duty fees that I am aware of. On products that are physically shipped to you from TC Warehouse, the price should include any duty fees or customs fees. The best way to verify that would be to contact Support and ask them. Right now, the products such as Builder Bundle, S-Builder Coop, PSA packs from ECA's and T-Credit packs are all shipped by computer over the internet, and there are no duty fees to my knowledge on such items.
